This is a warning about how this "Loop Dental Clinic" manages the terms of their contracts between the patients and the practiceThe clinic and I had a discrepancy on the hour scheduled for an appointmentI had already payed ahead the full price for the service of $USDDue to the discrepancy I decided to cancel the appointment and accept the cancellation fee of $However they charged me a total of $75, I asked for a copy of the contract because the value they charged me was not what I signedThey printed the "Written Financial Policy" of my contract and this helped me prove them that the $charge was an arbitrationAdditionally, the contract says that the cancellation fee of $was only supposed to be charged upon cancelling more than one appointment in a yearThis was my first appointment cancelled, for which, according to the contract, there shouldn't have been any feesIn her desperate attempt to prove that I was wrong she printed another person's contract, ripped off their information, and told me that it was written there what I had to payWhen I argued this the administrative person in charge kicked me and my daughter out of the clinic, because apparently she did not have time to deal with us and she was the only person there to talk withAlso, she threatened to call the policeI didn't only feel embarrassed and unprotected but also discriminated and even worst, robbedThe only thing I am able to do is to inform all people possible to not believe on this people and keep all the written records
I had my first visit todayThis place was wonderfulI was very nervous after serval bad experience at my previous dentistThe atmosphere was very nice and the people was very polite and first time that my X-ray exam was not painfulDrRodriguez had a procedure which was going to take him a while so he came around and seen me and another patience firstI felt so different in this place than my previous dental office in a great wayI am so glad that I switch
DrRodriguez is an amazing Dentist with a great personalityI have been his patient for over years and always experienced outstanding serviceHis staff is always friendlyI was always able to get an appointment the same or next day and never had to wait more than 5min to be seeing
I take my family here all the time for routine cleanings and fillings as neededI have never had any problems with the staff or the doctorsThey are always professional and friendly when I arriveThis is a great place and I'll continue to go there and I will recommend Loop Dental Clinic to my friends and familyThank you and keep up the good work
I've been receiving outstanding service from Loop Dental Clinic since I've never had a bad experience, I've always had courteous, prepared and professional hygienists, thanks to Anthony, my current hygienists for always doing a great job DrRodriguez is always friendly and answers any questions and addresses any concerns I might have I would definitely recommend this clinic to my family and friends
