Hello, We have looked into the matter with order #*** and after researching we have found the cause of the issue. The UPS tracking number associated with the reship was incorrect by digit. This led to her product going to a customer that did not request it. After
speaking with the customer on the phone and explaining the situation we came to a resolution. I immediately shipped her replacement bag and also refunded her order as compensation for the issue as requested. I have researched the cause and put steps in place to insure this can not happen in the future. Thanks, Matt
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I received a phone call from "Matt" at the merchant company and was most pleased with just getting an explanation and assurances that the issue was resolved permanently for all future customers. I also received, without prompting, a refund of my purchase price for the "hangout bag" and also 2 replacement bags as compensation for their error and my troubles. I am happy to learn that the company, According to Matt, plans to add a phone number for customer concerns so that issues like this can be handled appropriately and swiftly without getting lost "climbing the chain" from the internet chat specialist to management. Thank you.
