Hi to whom reading this letter My name is lorenzo m [redacted] The owner of LdX painting & remodelingI performed a job for [redacted] Last year on July I painted his two story house At [redacted] ***Upper Marlboro md 20774I got call by him to do the painting jobIn which he fully had knowledge of my work He was very satisfied with my work his mom came over and so the job She liked it Everything was goodWhen it gets to the final payment of the jobIs true he didnt hesitate to pay me because he was satisfied with the job or else he wouldn't had pay me the final amount The trash bags we left in the garage where left there because he said he would take out the trash cause he had someone other things to throw away also even offering me if I wanted the old furniture he had there .I know I cant leave trash behind but since he told me I left it in the garage We never touch the radio he was the only one who turn it on We did took off the plate cover to paint but never touch it for anything cause the wasn't my job if the GFC tripped was maybe because it was old anything could happen but since I was the one there performing a "painting" job not electricity I got blame he email about this problem a week after in which I went to check it out but I didn't know how this happen cause we didnt touch it so he told me he had a friend the he was gonne call to fix itSo I left but he never mention anything else until now the I receive this letter of the Revdex.comHe never call me again or txt me I couldn't get back to my old email because I forgot my password & I have try to get it back Yahoo support never send me the link to fix it with myNew email I didn't had a back up email so if he did email me back I never got to see the messages I have pictures of the job The I will provide for you but Im so frustrated the this situation got up to this point I accept the is some what my fault but Is not fair for me to have to pay almost a $back for a job the was done a year ago Which he wouldnt had pay me if he wasnt satisfy with my work cause the day I went to get my check he had more then enough time to look at the place but he didn't told me nothing instead he told meThe we should of go get a drink to this place he comes around silver spring So you guys be the judge of thisIm really sorry for this that it has gotten to this point But I dont think is fair for him to ask me for money back I work hard with the guys for it If the job wasnt done right he shouldnt had pay me the final amount an address me with the issues before paying me but we both have a little bit of fault so I think We should learn fromThis mistake both and move on because is been a year now Sent from my [redacted]
