On 5/I was scheduled a promo Visit A for facial Visits go from A to E in order States right on Promo packet She also called the last month it expired Her aptwas at pmNOT at 11am for a facial I have to know when I book apt.s because I do it digitally

First all [redacted] My neighbor saw you come to my bus. at 11am.  Apt. was at 1pm. I will get all the facts documented to prove your just a liar  proofing that no other apts. came to my salon.  Its really petty and not your bus.  how I book my other clients.  If the  other promos expired and they didn't use it they need to be able to proof their apt s  were scheduled so good luck.  If they didn't use it and it expired, thats their unfortunate case.  Going to have to proof it. I will also countersue you for waisting my time at 1pm apt that you were scheduled for on the 13th of May.  $55. for facial.  My hair dresser was out that day and Visits go from A-E in order. I dont have to explain myself, its in writing. pregnant or not it expired 5/14 and would not be honored past that date.  Because of your tantrum I refused you service.  See you in court and good luck!  The Revdex.com doesn't scare me either.

Let me address each point this "business owner" has claimed.

I know when my appointment was scheduled and I have an affidavit from a third party that states she does not keep her appointments and changes them as she pleases without notification. Regardless of when my appointment was this owner never discussed what promo visit I was scheduling ! How did she know what visit I was in ? This proves she's insinuating and made a mistake that was not able to accept; because she asked me " have you decided what your choosing". Why would she ask me that if she states I scheduled a facial?
Second I booked my appointment 1 week in advance and while making the appointment she was already complaining and trying to come up with any excuse to not honor the voucher. She keeps trying to make a point about being within her area I am 10.5 miles from her business so I think she needs to maybe decrease her targeted business market since she's so adamant of not honoring people within the contract.
Third why is it anyone else's fault other than this business to get into an agreement with a [redacted] business that doesn't have a license, maybe she should make smarter decisions on who she chooses to represent her business. Regardless of whether this lady collected money or not which I don't believe, I think they made an agreement that the [redacted] people will get people in and she will get a percentage and
Also get the "gratitude of 15 percent" that is mandatory in big black bold letters on the add. They obviously got together through some form of contact to breakdown the details of this promo since the add looks very similar to the owners business website. If she makes an agreement with a business to represent them in any type of way then they should take responsibility. An honest business would have returned the many people who complained . She should have returned the money and then turned around and requested money from the people SHE CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

When I came back again at 1pm and she asked what option have I choose I said I really wanted to get my hair cut and she automatically turned it down. Stating I booked a facial. Why ask a question you supposedly have the answer to ? If I walked in and she told me ready for your facial (assuming that's what I choose) I would have said wait I don't want a facial I want a hair cut! But her actions before the argument proves I never previously scheduled a Facial.
And to be clear you need people in your Salon to make a Scene. That Salon was empty all morning since according to the witness people with appointments came by and the doors were closed.
My promo was very much valid and within the 6 month timeframe it was for.
Plus when I originally got the promo I was pregnant and I told the sales person who came to my job that if I purchased the promo I would go in towards the end because my daughter was scheduled to be born in March and it would take a month or two to recover. She said as long as it doesn't pass June I would be fine . And no where on this promo does it say that each visit needs be in order. From the 2 affidavits I have That I will Show in court; will prove that the rep told us we can choose any option as long as we make An appointment. No walk-ins

If the [redacted] company that the "le beauty Bar" choose to do business ended up being "shady" then her poor business judgement should be a Punishment. It shouldn't be a sorry excuse to not take responsibility of her involvement In the matter. There was a total of 5 people who purchased a promo for 55.
I'm asking to only return my 55.00 dollars but if the Business owner doesn't take Responsibility then I will get power of attorney for all of my coworkers and will file the lawsuit for 320 dollars 275 for purchasing the vouchers and my gas .
I'm not someone who will just drop this, I don't care how much time it takes .

I'm not going to be taken advantage of.

Review: Her company came to my work to sell a package deal so we all decided to get the pack and from the first call it was clear that she didn't want to honor the vouchers ! I Had an appointment at 11 so I show up early try to open the door and it's locked ! The business right next door tells me she hasn't opened and 2 other people with appointments also came but she hadn't opened yet. I call to see why the shop is closed (I can see her through the window ) and she says my appointment was 2 hours later. I think I know when my appointment is especially when I'm driving 30 min and paid for a babysitter. I then come back and she ask " have you decided what you wanted to do " I said I choose to cut my hair and she tells me" I HAVE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT" . She then tells me I requested a facial when I called to make my appointment a week ago. I told her that when I made my appointment I was neither asked or nor did I specify what service I wanted. Bottom line she made it difficult and practically impossible for her to do anything to me ! She told me that she did not make any money through her advertisement company for the voucher and that I had to leave. I requested my money back and she referred me to her advertisement company. Left multiple messages .no response. The person who came to my work represented herself on behalf of LE BEAUTY BAR SALON AND SPA. Therefore I am holding her responsible for my refund.Desired Settlement: I want to settle this out of court, however, if I am not contacted and refunded within 2 weeks I will file in court.

On 5/13 I was scheduled a promo Visit A for facial. Visits go from A to E in order. States right on Promo packet. She also called the last month it expired. Her apt. was at 1 pm. NOT at 11am for a facial . I have to know when I book apt.s because I do it digitally and CANT double book. All promo apts. had to be scheduled a week in advance. And can not be out of a 25 mile radius. Not qualified if out of area. The promo Co. I found out was selling this package without a license to do so in city. It is NOT my [redacted] company nor did I collect Money from her. [redacted] Co. did so and is responsible for her refund. And are avoiding being contacted as girl stated. Co. owner supposedly is [redacted] of [redacted]. I told [redacted] to refund those people after I felt they weren't being honest with the consumer and to stop selling them. The girl came back at 1pm for apt. time and got loud and demanded to do Hair visit that she was not scheduled for. You can not come into my business and make a scene. I told her to leave. I would not touch her at all and she is not welcome here at Le beauty Bar. The company that needs the complaint is [redacted]!! I also spoke with John at the Revdex.com and we both felt this [redacted] is shady and needs to be investigated. That promo is completely expired. I will not refund money I never received.
