To Whom it may concern,

I have been a customer since 1997/1998 and have just cancelled by service due to very poor customer service at the Raleigh Office. This is not the first time with poor customer service, but really lke the product, but this was the last time poor customer service was going to stop me from cancelling.

I called two weeks ago to make a payment and was told I only owe $2.00 and decided to wait till next delivery. Due to the weather here in NC I asked if my Monday date of delivery would be done or where they behind. I was assured that my Monday delv would be made. I was out of water and wanted to know so I could pick up water for the weekend, but was told don't worrry we will be there. Asked if something happens let me know via phone,email or text me. Monday came and went with no water. I left a message on vm that Monday 7pm to call me back in regards to my new day of delivery, No snow or ice it was a beautiful weekend, no reason for the driver not to make it to my house. Will no call back. It did snow Tuesday so I knew no delv for that day, but still did not recieve a call regarding when delivery would be made. Spoke with CSR (Wednesday) she took my phone number and said either she or the driver would call me, No call. Called again Thursday, could only leave a vm. No call back. Waited till late Friday for a call back, none. I finally called and cancelled my account, telling I think [redacted], that all I wanted was a call back because I had to go to the store twice for water. I worked for a major trash hauling company here in Raleigh and customer service is a big issue with me and understand the issue with weather and service, but not one call back after calling everyday is not acceptable.

I was told I had te email [redacted] to cancel my account. Why, but I did and asked for a confirmation of cancellation. It is now Tuesday and no confirmation. Left another message on vm, again during work hours and resent my email. Still have heard nothing. I also asked when they think I will get my bottles picked up on the second email. Never the less no call or email. My husband is now taking the bottles back to Lebleu just to be over this issue. VERY VERY POOR COUSTOMER SERVICE.

Lets see how long it takes me to get my deposit back.......That should be fun.

Getting my water delievery from new company today via a phone call frome the driver. [redacted] Water Company. Which deliver every two weeks and no fuel surge charge.

PS My driver was the best and was the main reason I stayed, so don't blame the driver, which always is used as the scape goat. I asked if he left and was not given an answer, hope so he deserves better.
