***As mentioned in the email: I was on my way in of the restaurant when this happened and also spoke to *** ***, who I considered as a regular, she was very comprehensive about the incident and told us to be careful that it could have been an issue if she hadn't seen it and bitten on it. As written in my letter to her, we take those issues very seriously and have inspected all equipments thoroughly, we've also enforced our team members to diligently check every equipment before use. We value the quality of our service and food above anything else at Le Botaniste and are truly sorry about this misfortune. We hope that *** *** accepts our sincerest apologies and that we will be able to welcome her again very soon.Best regards
