test on the Impala and found nothing wrong with it*** also stated that he was informed that at the time of the sale that the impala was sold as is with no warrantyAll I can tell you is that the impala was in good working condition (Verified by *** Mechanic) when *** left the lot*** purchased the vehicle on 9/15/he voluntary return the vehicle on 12/08/he state that he could not afford the payments anymore please read attach voluntary document that *** signIf you have any other question please contact me. I am rejecting this response because: I was told the repairs would take up to days not weeksFor that reason I had to find another vehicle and therefore I could not continue to pay for a vehicle I didn't possess so of course I didn't want to keep it
