Le Chateau

I bought an expensive evening dress that fell apart after only a couple hours of wear (the glitter pattern came clean off in the chest and bottom areas!) and this *** company wouldn't provide me with a refund despite the tags and receipt and dress being brought back less than 48 hours after the initial purchase. Is Le Chateau really so desperate to cling on to every cent of profit that they can't refund clients when their products completely fail after minimal use?
