A LeCreuset product that I ordered as a Christmas gift arrived broken. I have made SIX phone calls to the customer service telephone number...after a lengthy wait I was told by automated answering machine to leave my contact info and assured that a member of their business would call me back within 24 hours. On ONE occasion someone actually answered the call and took my info and told me that a new product would be sent to my gift recipient as soon as I sent a photo of the broken product to their customer service email address. I have done this twice with no reply or action. The customer service has been absolutely non existent and NO ONE answers calls or emails.

I placed an order (#200217562) on January 5 that included an item that is out of stock and has not been fulfilled. I was charged for the order on 1/11. I have called seven times for a resolution. Three times someone has answered the phone, each time making broken promises about refunds and updates. I have spoken with representatives about a refund for my unfulfilled item on 1/11, 1/14, and 2/1 each time being promised a refund. I also emailed on 1/14 and 2/1 and am still waiting for a response.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. In regards to case#*** for *** the consumer has been contacted and the issue has been resolved. The item she requested on her purchase was out of stock however she has been given a free upgrade in the color she selected along with a courtesy piece of stoneware for her experience. Her order is expected to be shipped on tomorrow next day air.

We will follow the order through and notify the consumer once the order ships with her tracking number for her records.

Once the order is received we will consider the matter closed unless you request additional information.

Back in December of 2018 I ordered online from this company, I received all but one item, I have contacted them on numerous occasions, and the last time I contacted them they issued this email:

As of February 2, 2019, I still have not received a refund in the amount of $22. nor have a received the item I purchased, they are very hard to contact as most times when calling it goes to voicemail and emails are not returned.

I purchased an oval skillet in December for a Christmas present. It was not what my wife wanted. Per Le Creuset, you need a return authorization number (RMA) to return the product for a full refund. Due to 'high call volume' I left a message on Jan 7 asked for a RMA. The message said you would hear in 48 hours. I never received a call so I emailed them on their website on Jan 10. Still no reply so I left a voice mail again on Jan 15. Still no answer. I called a local store explaining my frustration on Jan 16 and still have not received any response from the company.

In regards to case #***, he has been assisted with authorization for return of his item for a refund which is expected to be delivered at our facility within the next 2-3 business days. Once received and processed through our returns department, we will initiate a refund back to his card. For his experience we have also processed a courtesy piece of cookware for his Le Creuset enjoyment.

We will continue to monitor the travel of the package and should be able to initiate the process for the refund within the next 1-5 business days. After that time Mr. can confirm posting to his personal account with his financial institution.

We will consider this matter closed once the refund has been processed unless you request additional information.

I ordered a skillet online from the website www.lecreuset.com and received it before Christmas. It was a gift for my husband, but upon opening it on Christmas morning, he indicated that it was the wrong size. I called the company on a December 27 and sat on hold for six minutes before being forced to leave a message. That same day I started an online inquiry into getting an RMA number to send the skillet back for a refund. I received an email on the 27th assigning me a case number to reference and that they would get ahold of me. I received a call on December 31st from an unknown number, but they asked ffor someone named Toby or something similar, nothing close to my name so I assumed it was a wrong number and told them so and hung up. When I googled the number, I discovered it was Le Creuset. I called the number back and sat on hold for 7 minutes before being forced to leave a message again. On January 4th, Le Creuset attempted to call me again, at 5:30am my time (there is a 4 hour time difference to Alaska). So I obviously missed that call. I have not been called back since January 4th. I have emailed reply messages to the original email referencing my case number four times since then, and have never gotten a response. I just want to return this skillet for a refund so that I may purchase the correct size. However, I am reconsidering ever purchasing Le Creuset products again after this disappointing experience.

After numerous times of calling customer service over a 3 month period, they do not answer their phones to address how do I redeem a $200 value card. It is as if they block calls from customers who have received an Exchange Value on a defective product. This case originated in June of 2018 and I have not received the exchange. My case number is *** I completed the form online, but you can not submit it without information they withhold. This needs to be investigated.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Our Consumer Service Manager contacted Ms. today, January 24, 2019, and provided her with the tracking number for her replacement order which is shipping today.

1) Order was not completely filled and was not correctly filled
2) We were billed twice on our credit card for the order
Made four attempts by phone to contact the company, left messages, calls were not returned. Have emailed with no response.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The remainder of the order was processed and shipped on 1/24 by FedEx overnight tracker number 477*** and was delivered on 1/25/19 @ 1:25pm. In regards to the payment, when the order shipped the card was not charged due to the authorization expired. Since the product shipped, the re-authorization was placed against the card for the shipped products on 1/8 and shows settled. The card was only charged once.

HI,

I purchased Le Creuset products via their website on 12/18 (order #200210393) as a holiday gift. Three of the items are in the incorrect color and need to be returned. (1 set of STORAGE CANISTERS, SET OF 3SKU: PG1520S-0367 and 2 units of COFFEE STORAGE JR SKU: PG8004-1167). The amount of this return is $245.00.

According to the website, returns are permitted but require authorization from their customer service team. Since 12/26 I have sent the team 4 emails, 2 of which were ignored and two of which were answered, but no return authorization was provided. I followed up but have received no reply.

I have also called their phone line daily and left voicemails, which is what they instruct you to do. They have not returned any of my calls.

They did answer once on Monday 1/7 and agreed to return my items. They said they would email me a return authorization. It is 1/11 and they still have not sent it.

I also called their local outlet store for help and they said they could not offer any assistance.

I am at a loss as to what to do.$245 is a lot of money and I do not want the items, but I cannot get anyone there to cooperate with me to return them. They are a high-end brand, and the experience has been miserable. It's unacceptable for them not to fulfill their returns policy after three weeks of trying to contact them.

I purchased a frying pan from Le Creuset's online site on December 17. I paid for overnight shipping so that I could receive the gift prior to heading home for the Christmas holiday. The confirmation email said I would receive a shipping notification once it has shipped. I never received a notification so the next day I emailed customer service about the issue and received no response. I called and could not get through. When you are on hold for an extended period of time the service asks you to leave a message and that someone will get back to you the next day. I kept calling and never got through. I have sent a total of 4 emails following up to get someone to address the issue. I finally got through to someone yesterday (12/20) on the help desk line. After being on hold for over 10 minutes the person informed me that there was an issue, but had to dig into it further and couldn't help me. I was told that I'd receive a refund for the shipping and that someone would call me within a day to follow up. It is now 12/21 and I have received neither a follow up call, nor a refund. I called 4 times today and got pushed through the messaging system each time. Since it is Friday this means I won't get a call back until Monday at the earliest.

This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. I have not been able to contact anyone at the company, apart from a useless IT help desk call, and have even messaged them on Instagram in an attempt to get through.

His replacement item was delivered January 4, 2019. Mr. confirmed refund and product has been completed to his satisfaction.

I ordered an expensive product and did not receive it.
The order shows complete. Customer service has not answered the phone, voicemails, or my e-mails.

Called le creuset about canceling an order. Was told that there's no way to cancel and I should refused UPS shipment, then it will be returned and a full refund will be given.

I did exactly that (refused UPS shipment) and the package has been returned to le creuset weeks ago, but my refund never showed up and le creuset never returned email inquiring about status of the return/refund.

Just FYI The business (le creuset) in reference to complaint ID only "refunded" after both Revdex.com intervene and a credit card dispute/charge back, one of the worst I've seen in years.

Le Creuset offers a lifetime guarantee on their products, including defective craftsmanship. On Aug 6, 2018 my 3.5QT covered casserole cracked in the oven during normal cooking conditions. It was one year old. I contacted Le Creuset customer service, providing pictures and all relevant information they requested. After hearing no response I called their customer service line (their preferred method of contact) - which states that if you leave a message they will call you back within 2 business days. I received no calls back and emailed complaining on Aug 25th. I did not receive a reply. I called them again in September and was able to reach a live agent. They said my claim was approved and that a replacement would be shipped soon. I have yet to receive it and have received no emails or phone calls from them since. I called twice in October, once in November, and always left a message with my name, my claim #, and my contact information. Even though their voicemail says someone will call back in 2 business days, they never do. They do not respond by telephone or email.
