The complainant called on 3/**/to request a refund for double charges placed on her accountWe informed the customer that we were experiencing a Micros POS glitch in the system that day and some customers were affected by this matterHowever, we were on top of the situation and tried to move
as quickly as possible with everyone's refund in a timely mannerIn addition, we informed the customer that most refunds take up to 3-business days to appear on their bank statementBoth charges were placed back into her account in exactly business days
