I agreed to a sample. I was not impressed, however, there is no option on either the website or on the invioce to STOP SENDING THE PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They keep sending the stuff. I send it back. I sent a note in the first shipment which I did not agree to telling them in no uncertain terms that I WAS NOTY INTERESTED. STOP SENDING! They ignored me and every month I get another shipment that I return to sender unopened.
I contacted the credit card company and they have issued me a refund for the first shipment only.
STOP SENDING ME THIS ***. STOP CHARGING ME FOR THIS ***.
STOP SENDING ME THEIR *** EVERY MONTH. STOP BILLING ME FOR THEIR *** EVERY MONTH.
I have been trying to cancel the autoshipment. There is not contact information, and my bank account was withdrawn and product shipped. No cancel info
There is not a way to contact this company to cancel autoship. I have written letter via snail mail. My bank account was deducted and product shipped. I do not want this product, I do not want them to deduct from my bank account. They shipped product on 12.8.2017 and deducted amount of $93.97 from my checking account. I am NOT happy.
I would like a refund of $93.97, along with no more shipments. I want this cancelled immediately, and I want them to post a way to cancel the product and autoshipments on their website. This is very deceiving, and I can't be the first to complain. This is harmful business practice.
Satisfied, I contacted the number on the product.

The free trial was $4.95 for shipping and handling ONLY. I ordered two products.
That was about three weeks ago. I recieved the products about two weeks ago.
In checking my Credit Card ledger I noticed that they have billed me for two charges of $94.97 and $93.97. I did not issue a normal order or subscription nor do I want to until I have had a chance to try the trial offer.

Refund I would like a refund to my Credit Card for the overcharges.
March 15th, although theh advised return instructions, which I followed immediatly, and sent return with a tracking number, they have not refunded my money. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE CONSIDERING THEM TO BE AWARE. tHEY USE "sHARK tANK" AS A COME ON BUT APPEAR TO BE A FRAUD.
I ordered a 2 free samples from LeFior. One is an Under Eye Serum the other an Anti-Wrinkle Solution which I agreed to pay the shipping cost of. On the original order page there is no mention of a 14 day trial period at which time you will be charged for the samples and there is also no mention of a reoccuring shipment. If you click on terms and conditions on the first page a new page comes up and still does not mention any of this. I have now been charged twice for 2 products that I do not like nor do I want. I have called numerous times and they will not issue me the full refund for both the products. The last time I called they hung up on me and now when I call they will not take my call. As far as I am concerned they awe me $189.94 for one product and $187.94 for the other.

Refund I want a full refund for both products and I want to make sure they stop charging me for these items. I have never received the second shipment either but they charged me for it.
This company advertised a free product with the only charges being shipping. Later I was charged $93.97. I was never informed of these charges. It is not mentioned in the email confirmation for the initial order and it was not mentioned during the initial order.

As is stated on our website, we offer a 16 day trial of our products (Le Fior Skin Cream and Le Fior Skin Cream). The customer need only pay $4.99 for Le Fior Skin Cream and $4.95 for Le Fior Eye Serum for shipping and handling for a full month's supply that they may evaluate within the 16 day period. If we do not receive notification from the customer within their 16 day period that they wish to cancel, they will be billed at a price of $94.97 Le Fior Skin Cream and $93.97 for Le Fior Eye Serum and enrolled in our monthly auto shipment program. The terms and conditions are posted in accessible and clear view of our customers before placing their order.
However, we do not want our customers unhappy or dissatisfied in anyway. We are happy to inform you that we have processed full refunds on all charges in ***'s account with us and cancelled any future shipments or billings.
The refunded amounts are: $4.95, $4.99, and $93.97. The funds will be credited back to the payment method at time of purchase. The refunds will reflect back into the associated account within 3-5 business days or longer depending on the speed of the processing bank. Please note, the credits stated above may reflect in individual amounts on ***'s bank statement.
