Review: Repair of couch. The couch is more uncomfortable to sit on now, after the repair. The wiring popped off. To repair that,he shoved foam and a plank of wood underneath, now when you sit down, you slide off in a forward motion. After he left, I discovered there was a long screw sticking into the cushion. I call him and he returned to remove a piece of wood and the screw. I was not home the second time he was here. He would not let my wife and daughter try out the seat till he left. I have try to call him several times because of my disappointment in his work to no avail. I need a proper repair or a refund of $441.00Desired Settlement: I paid him $441.00 for a terrible job. I think I need to get a complete refund.
