This place has been the biggest scam ever!!!!!!! I had a minor accident, my front left side was completely destroyed, cheap cars are after all made of plasticWell a perfect [redacted] showed up at the scene, buttering me up, and since I have zero experience, and nervous from wrecking my car, I took the baitWell after I got home and my head was clearer I went online to check their reviews and turns out they were all horrible, why would my experience be any differentI was also ignoring what the towing guy told me, something about feigning pain to get moneyI was baffled and I got scaredFoot was way up mouth, but I wanted outI called a couple of buddies of mine and they all advised me to never trust these kinds of hooligans because they look for money, and milk it as much as they can out of insurance So I called at 3pm- to say not to do any work on the car till I get an estimate, and no answer, the business was closedMind you, the message clearly says they open at 7am-5pmThat day I didn't hear back from anyoneThe next morning I was there at 7, on the dotThe office opens at 9am, which means I would be late to workI get back at 9am, I tell them I wanted the car towed to my place, I would fix it my self, the owner greeted me, and blankly stated out, the car was total loss, to start shopping for carsAs if I had a hidden gold mine I don't know about This was repeated to me over and overUnbelievableAn adjuster later came to tell me, the car was far from being total lossAt this point, I was angry, and I wanted nothing to do with that placeI went to go pay, the lady in the front desk, she was blatantly rude that the car was being taken away, "oh its 500+" as I handed her my credit card she claimed it had to be cash, (mind you the previous day I was told credit/debit was all accepted) and she was already sending me off to the nearest bank, but I stood my ground, I don't have that money, and there was no way no how I was going for the bank, to drain out my checking accountI told her that it wasn't what they told me, and it had to come down to me [redacted] for them to give inIn conclusion, I was charged 500+ all for the car to get towed (apparently twice?) and for the car to be parked outsideIt's safe to say we will never do business with them, ever again

WORST COMPANY EVER NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO NOTION OF WHAT HONESTY IS This company is the worst auto collision company I've dealt with They are liers, all they want is for you to drop your car there and once you do, the nightmare begins If you are looking for a decent headache free company, DO NOT GO HERE

This is an exelent place to fix your car the staff is exelent and the repairs are simply the best.. Here is our story my dad's car was crashed in a parking lot the back right passenger door was total... A friend of the family recomended them since the begining I got a good feeling about this place and I was not wrong the work they performed on my dad's toyota camry it's amazing the car looks new and it's a 1999 model I recomend this place to everyone and not to mention what they did as an extra they fix the front as well for the same prise, ask for marlon he is the best but honestly everyone here works fantastic highly recomended!
