Instead of a 39 passenger bus we got a 27 passenger bus.Eddie our driver tried for an hour to load all the luggage in the luggage hold. When it wouldn't fit he said not a problem we can put it on seats and in the aisle. So we had people sitting on other people. With luggage blocking the doors. Eddie didn't think this was a problem.
