Review: We had previously used [redacted] with Le Jardin Parfait to landscape our front yard; [redacted] was doing some other homes on our street and solicited our husband to take care of redoing our front yard. They did a great job with that project. Then in May, [redacted] came by again and stated he could do our Spring/Summer maintenance, including weeding, taking out the old plantings and replanting new flowers etc. We paid him a check in the amount of $448.00 on 06/10/13, which was cashed on 6/11/13. The weeding was done, but no new plantings etc. We last heard/saw [redacted] on June 29 or June 30 when he stopped by our house - his reason for not doing any planting was due to the afternoon rain showers, but would get to us that following week. WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING from [redacted] since June 29 or 30 - I have left voicemails; but his mailbox is now full; I have left numerous emails and textmessages - NO RESPONSE. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!! HE IS UNRELIABLE - he has our $448.00 and besides the weeding, no service whatsover. I would like to get the majority of my money returned from him. Or have him complete his services that were promisedDesired Settlement: I would either like to be refunded my money or have him complete his projects that were promised.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Le Jardin Parfait LLC regarding complaint ID 9668348, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Mr. [redacted] finally contacted us (without leaving a message) on August 30, 2013 - so I called him back and told him he needed to meet with us and get this issue resolved.
We were able to meet on Wednesday, September 4 - we discussed the need for him to replace a few plants that had died (had been in ground only about 6 months) and that I would like a refund of my $448.00 by the end of the week.
Today, September 9, I called him about the status of my refund and plant replacements - he said he would be coming over this week.
I will let you know when all has been resolved.
