The contactor had an agreement with the credit card company and us to complete the work on or before 8/31/On 8/31/the credit card company called the contactor to see if the work was completed and they said they hung up on himThey ask us if the contactor was here to finish and we told them they weren'tThe credit card company asked if we heard from them and we said that we haven'tSo they proceed with the refund of $1,so we could hire another contactor to finishOn 9/1/the contactor came and finished the workThe contractor then threatened to put a lien on our houseThe contactor also said he would be on probation soonThere was another issue that we wanted to take care of and they said they would but with the attitude we saw we don't want the contactor back at our house so we will be satisfied with the work that was done.

I'm sorry but there must be a mistake, we have responded to this complaint offering a settlement to ** *** including him taking possession of the slate roofing that we ordered for his his roof, also deducting our labor from the depositthe materials were ordered specially for his roof so we
cannot return them.I will have our office manager resend the offer asapthank yoularry

gutters cleaned twice a year(spring and fall). We recommend to anyone that has trees near them to do so. If [redacted] had a problem with our service he shouldn’t have waited 7 months to contact us or he should have had us out to look at his gutters before he called someone else. We do not feel [redacted] is owed a refund. He should have his gutters cleaned twice a year because he has a high volume of trees near his property and his roof is older and looses shingle granules with the weather.Sincerely,Paula *. Review: In middle November 2013 we had contracted with Leak No More of [redacted] to have our gutters cleaned. They had not been cleaned in two years and had little trees growing out of the back of house gutters. We waited until the trees had lost their leaves for the season. Leak No More arrived nearly an hour after they said they would and one man began his work in the dark while a woman was on the ground. After 20 minutes the man approached with one small bucket perfectly leveled off with gutter debris. We have a large roof and more gutters than the typical home in the neighborhood. Over the late winter and early spring, we had horrible rain pouring over our gutters resulting in water in our garage and storage room. We were wondering if we needed new gutters since the gutters were cleaned in mid November after tree leaves were down and no pollens would be in the air. We then contracted with [redacted] gutter cleaners in [redacted] to look at our gutters to see if they needed replaced. When they came out in early June, they said the gutters were fine but were extremely clogged with debris. Three men spent nearly 90 minutes cleaning the gutters. They produced five big buckets of debris from the gutters. They said the gutters probably had not been cleaned in many years. There were little trees growing out of the gutters. I contacted Leak No More the week of June 14 to complain. They never phoned me back to address the issue. I called again on June 24 and spike with the man who cleaned the gutters back in November. He threatened to sue me if I complained.Desired Settlement: I seek a return of the $100.00 I paid to have the gutters cleaned by Leak No More in November 2013.
