Review: Brought truck in for recall on frame. They under coated it and the Undercoating is dripping all over the garage. My dog got into it and has been ill because he tried to lick it off. The stuff is not drying. Was never given instructions on what to do after recall completed. They also broke my leaf spring in the process. Contacted main headquarters and they will not do anything about dripping frame or springDesired Settlement: I want the coating dried properly or removed, any bills regarding cleanup of mess in house or with dog. Spring should also be covered by them. Sorry I had the recall done. Nothing was explained to me about process and what to expect.

Review: Le Mieux did a bad brake job about a year ago and then would not stand behind their work. I kept telling them every time I had an oil change something was wrong with my brakes and they have never been right. they finally squealed so look I was ashamed to drive the car. I thought they would fix them. no they argued with me and finally replace the calipers at no charge, well it didn't fix the problem. now they want $150.. to fix them again, I said I would pay this and get them fixed if they guarantee their work. I don't want to keep paying $ 150. every couple of months. they will not even talk with me about this.Desired Settlement: all I am asking for is for them to fix the problem the right way. I DO NOT want anything free. I just want it fixed. I a willing t pay to get the work done as long as the stand behind it.
