I was away on the overseas trip, and just now able to take care of this.My recall is that we
asked the customer to come to the store with the credit card that he paid for the dog so we can issue him a refund.Please accept and extend my apologies , to the customer as well, for losing it all in shuffle of email and work owner load.Thanks***

Review: On April **, 2014, I purchased a Lhatese puppy from Le Petit Puppy. Once at home, I noticed the puppy was lethargic and had consistent [redacted]. On April **, 2014, a licensed veterinarian diagnosed the puppy with an [redacted] and determined that, according to the regulations promulgated by the Division of Consumer Affairs, the puppy was unfit for sale. Given the stated remedies in the Le Petit purchase contract, I decided to seek reimbursement for my veterinary expenses. I phoned the store two times and left messages that went unreturned. I also emailed the store on 4/**/14, 5/*/2014 and 5/**/2014. My email of 5/**/2014 was finally acknowledged by propietor, [redacted]. In this email, [redacted] apologized for the delay and promised a formal response by Thursday, May 5/**/2014. A response was not received by this date. I sent a follow-up email on 5/**/2014 asking for an update. That email has gone unanswered. Given that it's been more than a month since my initial attempt to resolve this issue, I am filing this complaint.Desired Settlement: My puppy required 3 separate visits to the veterinarian to resolve her medical condition. These visits, medications and x-rays totaled $848.87. I am seeking reimbursement of this amount. The medical receipts were included as an attachment in my 5/**/2014 email.
