I am rejecting this response because:The concerns [redacted] stated about the property that the event or the number in attendance was never said to meThe number in attendance was going to be accurate with the original contracts that I signedThere was never a mention of a concern about where the event was heldBottom line is Jimboy's didn't live up to the original contracts that we both had agreed toWhat they were willing to provide, when I talked to them a few days before the event, was only a fraction of what was originally agreed upon but all for the same priceMy correspondence with Jimboy's has been below what I consider to be good customer serviceI have been blamed and talked down to when Jimboy's is solely responsible for ruining my wedding receptionThis non apology that they provided will not sufficeI want a hand written apology from the CEO of Jimboy's TacosUpper management should know how unorganized their company is being ran and how poor of customer service they are providing

Sadly our Folsom, CA location of Jimboy's Tacos caught fire on October 13, and business has been shut down till about April 2018. Thta location is the Food Truck's commissary. And with everything was damaged and considered a total lost. So all our records, computers, papers,
etc we were unable to see what events we needed to cancel or find another solution. When *** *** reached out to us, there was a couple concerns we had. One he had more people than he originally had quoted. He also didn't provide us with proof that the business he wanted us stationed at gave us permission to conduct business there. We did try to offer him other alternatives. However, none of them suited what he needed so we did offer him $in gift cards (That was the amount he would of paid if he had to cancel the event.) which has already been mailed out to him. We also did explain to him about the fire and sympathetically apologized. We hop that Mr*** *** excepts our apology and enjoys his gift cards. If we can do something else to show our appreciation to him for understanding, please let us know. Have a great day! Sandra Stokes, GM
