I brought a lovely bag and I asked if leather the sales girl said yes. Th handle broke so I paid to get them all reinforced. They have now broken again and it will be $50 to repair. Can I come to store with my receipts and get a credit or refund?

Review: I bought a pocket book and was told that it is made of two kinds of leather. The inside label says "Cleo & Patek genuine leather." I realized shortly after buying this that it is not leather. I took it to a reputable shoe store to ask their opinion and was told that it is man made. I paid $130.63 for the bag. The number on the receipt is for a different location of this store. I called the correct number and was told to call back in 15 minutes. I have tried three times and the phone has not been picked up. I would like my money back, as I did not get the quality of the merchandise that I was told I was getting. The merchant told me it was an expensive bag which is now on sale. It seems there have been other complaints of this nature that have been made. I usually do not check for reviews when making a purchase of this nature and truly wish I had done so this time!!!!Desired Settlement: I would be very happy to return this pocketbook and get a full refund.

Review: lesakparis is located on 6th avenue,Avenue of the Americas.However,outside the door,the store name is something else.They used to name of London based designer Molly Moore to sell their bags.However,they did not give me any authenticity card.I bought another bag which the store owner said was studded with crystals and gold plated.She said she was selling all this at 90%discount because the designer was shutting the store.I got conned.She sold it to me without the tags.Lied about the worth of the two bags and denied whatever she said earlier when confronted.Her store policy was no returns ,no exchange.Her receipt also does not have her store name,number or address on it.She charged me tax even though she is not registered.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund because I was lied about the quality of product and her intent was to cheat the customers.She cant be selling her bags with the name of a reputed designer.
