To Whom It May ConcernClient came into the salon asking how much we charge for the Keratin treatment. Client was told our original price which is posted on our large sign as you enter the salon is 300 dollars but she was offered a special discount for 115 dollars and she...

said she wanted to do it. She was sent back to the shampoo bowl and when she came back to my chair she then asked me what do you think do I really need it because my hair looks straight. I gave her my honest opinion and told her that her hair was pretty straight to begin with and that she really did not need it, She then asked if I would cut her hair and I did. She told me she loved her hair cut and said she wanted to do the keratin treatment. Per her request I did the keratin treatment. When I was finished she said she loved her hair. I charged her 65 dollars for the hair cut and 115 for the keratin treatment totaling 180 dollars. She also bought the shampoo and conditioner that is recommended for this treatment which cost 40 dollars for both. Several days later she called and said her hair was curlier than before and she immediately said she wanted her money back. I do countless keratin treatments and know this is impossible but I told her to come back into the salon and I would be happy to look at it. Several days later she showed up in the salon. Her hair looked straight, I did not see any curl but I graciously sent her back to the shampoo and blew out her hair and flat ironed it for free which is generally a 50 service. Again she walked out of the salon expressing she was happy with her hair. Several days later she called me again and said she wanted her money back and if I did not give her it back she said she was going to call her lawyer. I knew that I had done a good job and extended myself to her but I realized she was a client who wanted services for free. I told her to please call your lawyer and I am happy to talk to him and explain what truly happened.Respectfully

Review: I had keratin straightening treatment done in the salon on my hair on 3/21/2014 . after washing my hair on 3/25/2014 per their instruction with the shampoo and conditioner which I purchased form the store. my hair is even more curlier than before.

when I called they asked me to go into the store to check in . then he blow-dried my hair on 3/27/2014 and asked me to go back later to reapply the treatment.

I called in 4/3/2014. in the morning he hanged up on me and in the afternoon he told me he is not going to do anything and that's all!!

the material they have used is in question and caused damaged to my hair. and the customer service is awful!Desired Settlement: The business is responsible to deliver a service and concern about its customer and the outcome of the service. not just care about collecting money!!

I am rejecting this response because: **. [redacted] requested a minor hair cut and the gentleman agreed to cut her hair for $25. I have the credit card receipt which clearly states the charge is $25. A copy of the receipt was sent to Le Salon showing the $25 charge but there was no response. If the gentleman made a mistake charging $25 that is Le Salon's problem. I will be happy to send Revdex.com a copy of the receipt clearly showing the date and $25 charge. Thank you for your help.
