We mad a reservation with rooms and days later we called about canceling it and they informed us they were keeping 50% of our money for a cancellation fee as we had to cancel because of a death in the family they said "you were told about our policy when you booked" no we were not or we would not have booked it they were very rude and unprofessionalthey said we only accept cancellations in writing through the US mail not by fax or emailvery poor customer service I guess this is how they make their money they rip people off...I am a senior citizen on a fixed SS income so I feel very violated

Our room was supposed to be an ocean view which it was notWe were charged a resort fee per day that we were told was includedCustomer service will not pick up yet EJ answered every time we hit the sales promptEJ continues to hang up as we start to ask questionsThis is a fraud business that will promise but not deliver, overcharge and ruin your vacation
I would like to warn anyone thinking to do business with rooms101... I was told over the phone the presentation would be 90 min. that I had to attend to get a discount on the room rate...when they sent over the terms it changed to 120 min. Presentation... I refused to sign the terms and conditions because they were different than what I was told... I got a voicemail from this company acknowledging their error and that they would cancel the reservation....I then checked my credit card to find out they charged my card 239 dollars...I have called my credit card company and I'm disputing this charge and I also have the proof of the voicemail saved and using as my evidence...I would suggest no one do business with this unethical company
