This customer created her account on 09/24/2017 and received one tote shipped 09/25/2017 and the tote was not returned until 11/08/2017. She has been refunded for the charge on 11/24/2017. Per our rental agreement (attached) the charge on 10/26/2017 is valid because she still had her tote is...

As per our Rental Agreement (attached), all members agree to pay a monthly recurring rental fee as long as their account is active and/or our rental items have not been returned. This member activated their account on 03/16/2016, agreed to said terms, and did not return the tote until 8/11/2017....

Therefore, the monthly charge is valid. The customer requested to cancel 5/20/2017.
