I am rejecting this response because:
All of those accusations are not correct. I am not going to even get on a back and forth email chain about her comments. They are all innacurate. I will say that one of her clients [redacted] has sent me multiple messages bullying me calling me a psychopath and pretty much slandering me on her Facebook site.  I was notified from [redacted] that [redacted] has posted a photograph of my family  (including my three year old daughter and my disabled husband) labeling me "crazy lady". if she had any class and professionalism she would not allow her clients to treat anyone who leaves her a poor review that way. This client of hers has also harassed two-three other customers on her site that has left her poor comments. I have been confronted by 4 of her other dissatisfied  customers, [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] to file a complaint with them to the costmetology board. All of those people have been harrased by [redacted] and have shown me pictures of her comments since Christina has found time to take down all of [redacted]'s comments during a medical emgergency, but still hasn't found time to refund anyone. Also, to further add on to her professionalism and class she has left up the photo of my family up for viewing . I really just want my refund and the photo of my family taken off her Facebook page and a formal apaology for the behavior of her clients.   in the end my 3 year old daughter and disabled husband had nothing to do with this  if she doesn't comply with either of those requests I will be forced to join her other dissatisfied customers in their complaint to the board of costmetology

I have had correspondence with Miss. [redacted] via texting and social media about her refunds and I have most definitely refunded both of her deposits. They are currently pending via my square business account. I will definitely follow up with Miss [redacted] to verify that she was successfully...

refunded.I have had some serious family emergencies that I do not feel are appropriate to share with the public and despite me trying to kindly ask her for patience, understanding, and compassion she proceeded to harass and slander me on all of my business/social media profiles  She was falsely accusing me of being a "scammer" and, threatened to have police get involved. Miss [redacted] was messaging some of my clients and was bullying some as well. She has most certainly affected my livelihood.  I know for a fact multiple people have reported her on social media and other business review sites due to her behavior with this situation and some of her posts have been taken down by those sites. After I kindly responded and reassured her about getting her refund I also asked her to take down her posts but she did not. In fact, she wrote more bad reviews and was trying to get other people of mine to report me and join in on her Le Visage/Christina [redacted] smear campaign. I am not a person that chooses to share my personal life with all of my clients and I have that right to privacy. Despite me saying it was a "Family Emergency" she sought out my friends and was asking personal questions then chose to expose what they shared on the internet. I felt it was highly inappropriate and so did other client's of mine who asked her to have some compassion and human decency. I truly care about each of my clients and I understand the frustration Miss [redacted] experienced. I tried to handle this situation in a timely manor while also dealing with many other major life altering things. While I appreciate feedback from my clients I feel that this was extreme.
