buying any more services at that time I spoke with you again on October 15, regarding the above mentioned company You had told me you went ahead with the purchase and that you had received a refund from *** ***, you also went on to state that a member of your family had passed and that you were not able to help with the cost of services due to your recent purchase with *** *** While speaking to you on the phone the police showed up at your home and we had to end our conversationApparently you had called them to tell them how upset you were about the situation with *** *** and that you wanted to end your life, so they came to your residence to check on youOur call was ended very abruptlyI notated your file and asked my Manager to call you in a few hours to confirm everything was okay and see what we could to do help. He left a message for you to please call our office and you did not return the call.The last date we spoke with you was on October 15, There is no contact that has been to our office to address any concerns or questions that you had with the services you purchased with Web Vision Works, LLCIn fact we have not been contacted by you in over months.All of the services you purchased with our company have been completed, which included search engine registrations, key words coded to your website, 30k units of banner traffic, and one custom URL that would be paid for the entire months your campaign was active If you would like copies of all the work we have done I would be more than happy to provide you with this documentation Web Vision Works, LLC cannot be held responsible for the lack of communication or dishonesty of another company When asked if you should purchase additional services we strongly advised you against doing so All the services that you hired us to do were implemented; therefore we cannot issue a refund Please let me know if you would like that documentation or if you would like to speak with me regarding anything else not addressed in this correspondence. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I realize that Web Vision "spelled out" to me that they fulfilled their end of the deal What I did not realize at the time of purchasing their services is that what they provided me would not result in helping my website to grow I received the weekly stat sheet which showed traffic to my site, but I never got any sales. I did not gain one thing from their services, but I gave them $3,This dispute will never come to an agreement so we will just have to end it by agreeing to disagree I have learned a very expensive lesson dealing with on-line businesses
