Upon hiring Attorney B she froze my case for over a year because she didnt want to deal with it. Still trying to figure out why she would accept my case freeze me for over a year and do nothing in court but refute and a case brief. The judges ruling was she offered no defense and the witnesses testimony went uncontradicted. Attorney B let the prosecution violate all of my rights under procedural due process. There was no benefit at all in hiring her. She did nothing at all on my case to which I am still fighting today. Kept saying she could win on appeal but if you can win on appeal why couldnt she win in court? The witnesses were clearly corrupted she let an armed robber, a pedophile, and a heroin addicts testimony go uncontradicted. She even let an investigator that admitted to not doing an investigation with no physical evidence testimony go uncontradicted. Attorney B also had invisible cross examination skills. Isn't an attorney suppose to prove the intent in court to why there client is being accused? Six months after the hearing one of the witnesses got caught lying on another report and was charged and convicted. She did nothing in court to help my case at all. She had my case for over a year and a half and had no defense in court. I had the feeling I hired a Wal Mart greeter. Could never contact her it would go straight to fax. She would very rarely answer emails. She told me the court violated the 45 day rule then told me through email she sent out the motion and gave me a copy then a week later kept saying its jurisdictional. Then I found out once the ruling came back she wavered my right for a prompt decision. If you hire Attorney B these are the types of things you have to look forward too. After the decision came back I emailed her and she called me saying her price on appeal would be $2,250.00. Due to not providing a defense and letting the witnesses testimony go uncontradicted and nothing done in the two years of having my case she was denied. She would never answer my phone calls pertaining to my case unless it pertained to me sending money. I never got one receipt upon any payment I made. I am an Army veteran and everything that has been posted is true and very accurate. If you want your case to be handled professionally I suggest you go to another attorney. I am providing this information because I don't want anyone else going through the same problems I had with this attorney
