We are a service based business that provides a standard system for our clientsMr [redacted] agreed to our terms and understood that he was embarking in a custom scenario which requires programmer time and due to the nature of custom programming, nothing is guaranteed; as agreed to in our termsIn addition, these programmers must be paid for their time as agreedRegarding Mr [redacted] , we delivered the work and have documented all of our hours of which he continued to pay for more and more time, because after a task was completed, he would change it and want something elseIt is upsetting for us to watch a person change their requirements over and over, our staff work tirelessly to accommodate, then have that client to ask for a refund after he agreed to our termsWe truly believe this is is a bully type behavior and unreasonable to our hard working staff who went above and beyond to please a person that was unprofessional and unreasonableNo refund will be agreed to as work was performed as agreed and we are honoring the terms and agreement Mr [redacted] entered intoFinally, we have tested Mr [redacted] ’s system, which worked and we believe he has just changed his mind about having an internet system

We have attached documentation showing work done and how we met our agreement per termsNo refund is granted as work was provided and terms were metIt is difficult to understand why a person would keep paying for more and more support time if they were not happyHe did this for months, who would do that if unsatisfied? This is not a contract with defined work for moneyIt was a software purchased 'as it was designed' and custom work is paying for 'time only' which we provided way beyond what he paid for over monthssteady daily work while he bounced back and forth on ideas and commandsChanging requirements more than any client we have ever had

I included a snapshot of a skype I did with LCPS's support about my request that includes the date and time. I also included proof of the date the cancellation letter was sent. Finally, an email I received after I sent the cancellation letter stating that they were looking into one of my issues I was having.
