I have been in constant contact with the individual who submitted this complaint since they initially reached out to me to say they were unhappyAs you will see in the attached screen shot - we sent additional leads to *** at "No Cost" as well as a free copy of my
recent published book to better assist him.
This morning was the first I was aware of this complaint and to my understanding this customer has been satisfied with the resolution we reached already
