Lead Inspection Services

Review: In December 2012, Lead Inspection Services was paid to conduct a lead inspection, submit the samples for analysis at a certified lead paint analysis lab, obtain the lab results, and provide a final report of findings on the presence and level of lead contamination in a recently purchased condo. A few swipes of the floors in various rooms in the condo were taken by the Lead Inspection Services representative, full payment was made, a rush order for the lab conducting the analysis was to be placed, and a report of the results was to be provided to me by the following week. One month passed and no report was received. The company representative was contacted, he indicated the report was emailed, and he promised to send the report again the next day. After waiting a week and not receiving the report, a week later I again the company representative who stated he emailed the report. I informed him I still had not received an email from him and asked that he mail the report to my postal mailing address. He indicated that he would. Once again I contacted the company representative and have not received a response. It has now been almost 3 months and still nothing has been received for the payment that I made for lead inspection services. I am requesting that my payment of $265 be refunded because the service I paid for was not fulfilled.Desired Settlement: A full refund of the $265 I paid [redacted] of Lead Inspection Services.

The report was emailed to her on Feb. 4, 2013 and the original was mailed to her PO Box in Spencerville, MD. in December 2012. You can see the attached report and the email that I sent her below. Please excuse my typo's in that email. I do not have a phone number for [redacted], but her email address is: [redacted]nd her mailing address is: [redacted]. We performed the inspection and we got no response from the email that we sent to [redacted]. In her complaint she stated that she never recieved the report, however, attached is the report and I have to conclude that her statement is false or she is just mistaken.
