I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:As to not providing ANY guarantees, my notes taken in during the first phone conversation with *** *** show that he clearly stated that I must pre-pay the service and he sends mail-outs the same or the next day after the payment; waiting time is 3-weeks max for 3-4% returns ; leads are exclusive for days etcI haven’t been informed that previously promised and mutually agreed conditions have been null and void
weeks after 1,mail-outs should have been sent, I brought the question of delay to *** ***'s attentionweeks later I contacted him againThat can not possibly justify *** ***'s blame the USPS
I placed my order on 03.** for July-August leadsFrom 04.** till 05.** I received leads out of 1,mail-outsAt the present time, the return % and other statistics don't matter because the leads are useless as they bring no business
My understanding of *** ***'s remedy is: repeating for me that no ANY guarantees provided; and proposed discount of $(out of paid $542.19) if I place another order with Lead StrategiesThese statements make senseless doing business with Lead StrategiesHis remedy is absolutely unacceptableI insist on full refund

1.Previously he'd been very persuasive about 3-4 weeks for the returns to start coming. I'm surprised that now [redacted] of Lead Strategies goes not guarantee the outcome. 2. When on April ** I brought [redacted]'s attention to the possible problem, that fact didn't raise a red flag and no one checked that the mail-outs had actually been done and in time. 2. Messing out my work, absolutely ignoring my request of the refund, neither [redacted] nor anyone else of Lead Strategies even tried to contact me and resolve the issue any other way.  3. I called [redacted] again and I asked for a possible free order. Out of paid by me $542, I do not consider $85 a large discount. 5. It's not up to [redacted] to evaluate my relationship with Lead Strategies as exceptional. I've never given such evaluation.

We have been in business since 1998 with no complaints, to my knowledge, to your office. We regret this complaint. [redacted] has worked with our company 9 times over the past 4 years always with exeptional results. This last order did not perform as well...

as the 8 others. We make no guarantees as to return % or closing % with regard to our mailing service. I registered [redacted]'s complaint and offered to give her a large discount on a future mailing. I am shocked that she has taken this action. There will be no refund forthcoming as her mailing was processed and she has recieved returns and she may receive more which will forwarded to her as usual.

[redacted]'s order was processed and she has received her returns. She may in fact receive more. I reiterate that we do not make ANY guarantees with regard our service and no such guarantees were made to [redacted] now or ever before. We process demographically targeted mailings at 3rd class bulk rate and on rare occasions mailings may take longer than anticipated to return due to factors beyond our control. We mail through the USPS and we have no recourse if and when these rare occasions occur. On her previous campaigns [redacted] has averaged a 3% return. We consider that to be exceptional in our industry. We regret that [redacted] is not satisfied with this last campaign. We believe that the remedy we have offered is reasonable under the circumstances.

Review: On 03.**.2014 I paid to Lead Strategies $542.19 for an order of 1166 mail-outs of the inquiry cards for Medicare open enrollment in July-August 2014.My payment was deducted the same day.The first returns (leads) were expected in about 3 weeks after the inquiry cards had been mailed.On 04.**.2014, I e-mailed [redacted] (he's the one processing all details of my order) if there were any leads that might have already been received.He responded, quote "No returns yet.We are due.I will touch base as soon as we get the 1st leads." Next time I e-mailed him the same question on 04.**.He promised to inform me ASAP about the issue.To make the story short,from 04.** till 05.**.2014,I received 9 leads.In the insurance business,timing in receiving leads is crucial and now they are useless.I paid money for nothing.My e-mailed request about full refund has been left without any reply.A couple of the phone messages unanswered.But when in the last ph. message left 05.**, I asked to contact me regarding a question about ordering more leads,[redacted] was very prompt. I asked if instead of my full refund, I may submit another order without payment. [redacted] said that all he can do for me is give $85 discount.As it's clear now, from the start,no any confirmation were made that the mail-outs for the order had at least been sent. No follow up of the due order process is practicing. [redacted] (according to the website,[redacted]) or anyone else has not been working with me on any resolution of the issue. I am very disappointed and do not feel that can remain their client.Desired Settlement: Anyone can make a mistake but fixing it, that's what makes a good business and keeps clients coming. I absolutely insist on the full refund of $542.19 the same way as the payment was made on 03.**.2014.Thanks for your help.

As to not providing ANY guarantees, my notes taken in 2011 during the first phone conversation with [redacted] show that he clearly stated that I must pre-pay the service and he sends mail-outs the same or the next day after the payment; waiting time is 3-4 weeks max for 3-4% returns ; leads are exclusive for 90 days etc. I haven’t been informed that previously promised and mutually agreed conditions have been null and void.

5 weeks after 1,166 mail-outs should have been sent, I brought the question of delay to [redacted]'s attention. 2 weeks later I contacted him again. That can not possibly justify [redacted]'s blame the USPS.

I placed my order on 03.** for July-August leads. From 04.** till 05.** I received 8 leads out of 1,166 mail-outs. At the present time, the return % and other statistics don't matter because the leads are useless as they bring no business.

My understanding of [redacted]'s remedy is: repeating for me that no ANY guarantees provided; and proposed discount of $85 (out of paid $542.19) if I place another order with Lead Strategies. These statements make senseless doing business with Lead Strategies. His remedy is absolutely unacceptable. I insist on full refund.
