Since then I've been have problem with the following things in my home. The electrical plug in the garage, the wooden floor in the living room and dinning room, the A/C is not blowing out of all of the vents, the sod is not finish in the backyard and to top it all off I have a leak under my drive way and I can't get in touch with leader to fix any of these things under my one year warranty I got with buying a new home. I've tried to contact [redacted] and [redacted] with negative result your help is greatly needed.

this co.have fell to fix our front doors we call on this issue since10/01/12 and no result to this day.LEADER FIVE STAR HOMES ARE THE ONE TO BUILD THIS HOME THE FRONT DOORS.(WERE DAMAGES) WE HAVE CALL ABOUT THIS SINCE MOVE IN.I GAVE MY FATHER THE POWER O ATTORNEY TO HANDLE THIS AND ANY OTHER PROBLEM WITH MY HOUSE.WE CALL THIS CO. OUT FOR SEVERAL OTHER THING.(TAKEN CARE OF),But he has not had is ISSUE done.HE CALL AND SPOKE TO **.[redacted] she sent out a contractior and he was not able to fix the doors.he informend (**.[redacted])that the both doors need to be replace.on (12/18/12) doors was order,from ([redacted])01/03/13 EXTERIOR DOORS2680 1-3/4" 506 MAHOGANY. 1G-BEVELED TEMP US10B OIL RUB BROZE HINGES W/VINYL DOOR BOTTOM INSTALLED LEFT HAND DOUBLEBORE NO ONE HAS INSTALL DOORS YET CALL **.[redacted] she told me the co. was moving to Mississippi but she didn't where.(SHE ONLY WORK FOR THEM FOR 25YRS)DOORS still not hung.(ON THURSDAY April 4.2013 @ 2:48pm A **.[redacted] call. call to set up a time and day to met me to look at just what needed to be done NEVER heard from again.no call or letter from this co about this TODATE. Desired SettlementTHAT THIS CO.FIX MY DOORS WITH THE ORIGNAL DOORS WHEN I PURCHASE THIS HOUSE OR PAY ME $3000.00 AND I KEEP THE DOORS THAT WAS DELVIERY TO ME ON 12/18/12 AND HAVE THIS DONE BYE SOMEONE ELSE OF MY CHOSSING.

Warranty work on my new home was not addressed. I contacted their representative numerous times by phone and email to no avail. I also mailed the information to their PO Box as instructed and was never contacted.Desired SettlementItems on my warranty adjustment list to be addressed such as yard drainage and air flow within the home.
