*** *** installed springs on my garage door in Within days of the installation one of them began malfunctioning and demonstrating need for adjustment I called *** over and over again for weeks Finally after weeks of calls and voicemails I managed to get him on the phone and he agreed to a service appointment, which he no-showed and then never called, emailed or followed up in anyway Early in the cable attached to this spring began fraying from premature wear due to it being out of adjustment As anyone with an overhead garage door can tell you this is a major, potentially lethal safety problem and I have small children in my home who could be seriously injured or even killed if this cable were to breakAt one point it even detached from the door! I again called and emailed *** multiple times about this problem
