Ms*** opened her LPL account in 2006, for a Plan, at an Institutional Services office (Bank or Credit Union). Ms*** was a minor at the time of account opening and a Guardian signature is accompanied on her Account Application. No funds were received, and the account remained open pending the receipt of funds. LPL has closed the account for Ms***'s convenienceLPL has sent a written response enclosed with the Account Application to Ms*** for her review.
