After offering and agreeing on a price with my salesperson, failing to receive the email confirmation of the financials of the deal I requested, scampering to the bank to grab cash and finally driving over hours each way to the Leaders RPM location, I arrived at hastily closing dealership to find Leaders RPM would not honor the deal we made with me over the phone I am not a scene maker so I simply left the dealershipThe words Leaders RPM proclaim on their website concerning their virtues and values concerning customer relationships could not be more hollowAt the end of the day it was not the money that bothered me so as much as the total apathy the Leaders RPM organization exercised with me as a customer I will be sure to spread the word of my terrible experiencebewarethe worst ever!

The 6gal OMC outboard gas tank I purchased from Leaders was illustrated in their on-line advertisement with a fuel line connector I received a tank without the connector I sent two e-mails to customer service to inquire about the wrong part being sent No response I then contacted PayPal to file a dispute Leaders then offered me a $refund for the tank as result of PayPal intervention I declined the $refund offer PayPal then authorized a full refund to me on return of the tank to Leaders What a way to treat a customer I would not recommend this business for any purchase

Mike C*** did a great job, and he was very honest, also Paul the driver who delivered the motorcycle did a great job and was very professional

The staff at Leaders was very helpful and informative during the purchase of my new Can Am HDI would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a recreational vehicle

Parts department has terrible customer service. Boat manufacturer directed me to go through one of their dealers for replacement part that the manufacturer supplied the part number. I contacted Leaders Marine for replacement part with number. First call with an individual that said he would get back with me, A week went by with no return call. Called Leaders Marine again and spoke to another individual from parts. Same story, no return call. Three weeks went by contacted a different dealer from Brighton and within a week product is being shipped directly from distributor of boat manufacturer. I will not waste my time with Leaders Marine for any marine needs or purchases in the future.
