It did not address my complaint and didn't respond with what I asked for: chance to contest, original ticket, and paying citation in exchange for closing my account.

When a person signs up for ***’s service, they accept and
agree to the *** Terms and Conditions and Trip ProcessAdditionally, a
member accepts these terms at the beginning of every *** rentalThese

in a collision during their rental, it is imperative that they report the
incident directly to ***, as stated in the Trip ProcessThe toll free

Process at the time of registration and at the beginning of each rental in a

immediately terminate a Member’s membership if the Member fails to comply with
the Trip Process or [the] Terms and Conditions.” These documents are available

With regard to reimbursement for fuel purchases, the FAQ located at [redacted] explains that fuel costs are
included with [redacted] membership. The [redacted] Member Services team will review
these matters on a case-by-case basis and will issue credit when applicable.

I am rejecting this response because:it does not answer my questions. I did not receive photos for the second violation, and I was not allowed to contest either ticket. If I was driving my own car, I would have the option to contest the ticket. I also didn't receive specific location information. The business also did not respond to my request to cancel my account in exchange for waiving one of the violations.
