3/30/16To whom this may concern,This is in response to Complaint ID *** submitted to the Revdex.com by *** ***I would like to start off with saying this is a fabricated storyIn this response I'll give atime line of events that happened that are not even related to the repair we performedfor
Mr***There are other pending disciplinary actions in the process as I amwriting this response that include ***'s fiance and one of her good friends andcoworkers due to them breaching privacy rules and regulations at their place ofempioymentThus showing that this is a fabricated story of bad customer service andfaulty repairs in retaliation for what is going on with his fiance and their friends.On 2/29/*** *** brought an iPhone 5c into our business for screenreplacementHe told me that *** *** had recommended our business to himHealso told my wife he had purchased the phone from *** knowing that the screen wasbroken and had been taken apart.The day that *** made her last home visit for Early Head Start at my shop (3/17/16)she overheard my employee and my wife discussing a customer's laptop (***
***).She stated that her best friend *** *** was friends with him and invited him over oftenShe also stated that she had been hitting on him and thought he he washotMy wife said that he could be "kind of a *Word Rejected*" and told her that he hadpurchased a laptop from Facebook from a third party that had at one point belonged tomeThe laptop had a bad LCD and Justin thought that we should have to fix it since itused to belong to usMind you I sold this laptop over a year and half ago.The VERY next day (3/18/16) *** *** called into our business and cursed my wifetelling her that *** *** and *** *** had been into our business the daybefore and had overheard a canversation about him (Justin)He then stated word forword the conversation that *** *** heard while doing her home visitAs far as Iknow, *** *** has NEVER been in our shop and I do not know her, nor doesanyone else that works here.The only person who heard that conversation that knew all of the above referencedpeople was *** ***This issue became so severe that *** *** came into ourshop and threatened my husband with violenceThe sheriff had to be called and ***
*** was advised never to visit, calI, or contact our business again.*** *** was only in our business an two occasions, once on 2/29/lto drop offand pay half for the iPhone 5c (per our policy) and the second time on 3/10/to pickup the repaired phoneWe had called him on 3/8/to let him know the repair wasfinishedAfter *** came in and picked up his fully functioning and tested phone, hepaid the remaining balance and that was the last time we had seen or heard anythingfrom him until the day this complaint letter arrivedIf there was an actual problem withthe home button why did he pay the remaining balance and leave with the device?I've also included copies of our signed work order, copy of our payment records for***'s repair and a screen cap from a Facebook post that *** *** had postedmaking threats to have such things doneAs you can see in the Facebook post Iresponded to his allegations and he deleted themThe kid that lost his screws is areference to *** ***I could not recall his name when I was typing thatresponseThe Facebook post was made on 3/18/the day that we had to have callthe sheriff's office.Please if you have any further questions or need any other information you can contactme with the information below.Mike B.Owner/Lead TechnicianLeading Edge Technologies LLCUS Highway NW Suite 3Washington Courthouse Ohio

To Whom This May Concern, This is in response to complaint ID *** by *** ***, This is also tied into the complaint filed by *** *** complaint ID ***Justin's complaint is simply fabricated due to the fact he was ticked off at us for not fixing his laptop for freeHe
brought in his laptop on 3/15/to have the LCD screen checked out because it was flickering and had to be moved to get it to workUpon diagnostics we found that the LCD itself had been damaged and would need to be replaced to correct the problemOn Friday 3/18/*** had called to check on the status of it and my wife spoke to him on the phoneShe proceeded to tell him the LCD would need to be replaced and he didn't like thatHe told her that I said I was only going to charge him about bucks to fix it I told him a few weeks prior that if the LCD had a loose connection I would only charge him half hour of labor (which is $25) to fix it and after diagnostics that wasn't an optionThe LCD is bad. He proceeded to get ignorant with my wife saying that he wasn't happy and that he knew other people that were mad at usI could hear him raising his voice at my wife over the phoneI approached her and as he continued I told her to tell him "Come get your *** and dont *** come back in to our business" I am not going to deal with people that speak to my wife or my employees in that wayHe then came into my shop and made threats so we had to call the sheriff and have him removed and told not to ever come back or he would be charged with trespassing. I am sorry this man feels the need to try to bully people to get his way but this business owner will not put up with thatI have also attached his signed work order, screen caps of our quickbooks records showing he was never charged for any repairs to this laptop, screen caps of his Facebook posts making threatsI do not know where he comes up with a purchase price and a dispute priceWe never sold him this laptop and we never charged him anything for it when he brought it in.
