I am so sorry to hear that you have had issues with the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails. I have contacted both my Director of Marketing and my Director of Creative to ensure that we unsubscribe your email address from our list, and that we also put you on our "Do Not Contact" list going forward.

Furthermore, I will have both teams review all of our outgoing email correspondence to ensure that any broken "Unsubscribe" links are immediately corrected.

I will accept the response as long as they live up to their end and repair the unsubscribe links and stop spamming people who have clearly asked them not to email them any longer! There is clearly an issue with this organization based on the numerous complaints but if the issue continues I will alert Revdex.com again.

They promised legitimate Sales leads for my business for consumers seeking help with their bills. All but 2 out of the 100 leads were legitimate.
The Sales person Scott *** kept calling me under a different name Landmark or Landfill. He would not quit until I finally placed an order! As soon as a lead came in it was returned immediately as these people did not apply for any help with their bills. This breaks our TCPA agreement and Federal law. Scott said "Hi *** -

We've taken your feedback and are implementing some changes. Some of the changes are still in process.

These changes are addressing lead quality and contactibility.

Regards,
Scott ***
Business Development Manager" Meaning they are aware their leads are bad yet NO REFUND. I am out $3,198.00 and the owner is no where to be found. The money went to another bank account under IM Solutions. IM Solutions, LLC. (no longer in business!)

Desired Outcome

FULL REFUND

LeadingResponse Response • Mar 26, 2018

Leading Response, formally named IM Solutions, LLC, provides advertising programs and potential client information (leads) to companies looking to increase their client caseloads and grow their businesses. In November of 2017, Ms. purchased a one-time batch of 50 leads from our company and signed a sales order with clearly outlined dispute criteria.

Our leads are generated by consumers seeing our advertising online and then submitting a form requesting further information and assistance from our clients. As the consumers are entering their information indicating that they want further assistance, we dispute Ms.' claim that our leads are violating TCPA agreements. Her dispute is that these consumers do not want to be contacted, but on our websites/ads they specifically enter their information in order to request a contact to be made. Furthermore, we feature TCPA compliance language on our websites, outlining that they grant permission to be contacted by a client of our company by phone, email and/or text messaging. This was discussed with Ms. during her time on our program.

Our sales staff keeps detailed notes of the calls that they make for our company. While Scott Casson did initially reach out to Ms. regarding a potential program, it is she who made actual contact with Scott, and after he provided her with a program demo she decided to run a test batch program.

Almost immediately upon the start of her advertising program Ms. began to request disputes on leads for reasons that fell outside of our clearly outlined dispute criterion. Over the course of three months, our staff was in continued conversations with Ms. about her program, often times exchanging emails with her multiple times in a day. Over email Ms. often praised both our sales and account management staff on their candor and the quality of customer service she was receiving, stating that our customer service was "impeccable" and that the team members "were so nice and professional".

At the close of her program, our company had sent Ms. a total of 87 leads. She had requested dispute credit on 39 of these, and we honored 37 of these requests, despite some of these not meeting our standard defined criteria. This means that Ms. was billed for 50 leads, which is what her contract stated. After we had already honored her disputes, sent through replacement leads, and closed her accounts, Ms. requested 6 additional disputes, which we did not honor, as her program had already been closed and fulfilled.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Not one of their leads wanted help with their Debt. I posted the consumer comments. When I called Leading Response for the final time the girl that answered the phone said : "We generate Social Security Leads" "I do not handle any Debt Relief leads". This is a clear bait and switch tactic for them and is against the law. I did not approach Leading Response. Scott Casson called me from a different company name numerous times until I told him I would give them a try. As you can see I am not the only one that has been burned for this company. I WARN ANYONE SEEKING SALES LEADS OR RECEIVING UNSOLICITED SALES CALLS FROM THEM..DO NOT PROCEED! Let's hear from the consumers themselves. See comments from these innocent consumers that contacted from their leads! See attached file and READ THEIR COMMENTS. They clearly DID NOT APPLY FOR DEBT RELIEF. This company is a total SCAM. The owner of another Debt Settlement Company was harassed by Scott to buy leads and LEADIING RESPONSE SOLD ME HIS INFORMATION. We had a good visit about LEADING RESPONSE. See his comment "(XXX) XXX-XXXX XX/15/2017 05:48:33 PM

No. I DEMAND a full refund. These consumers did not apply for help with their debt and were furious to be contacted. In addition the owner of another Debt Settlement company on the Bogus data lead list claiming he too is being harassed by Scott *** to by leads from this company and they had the audacity to SELL ME HIS INFORMATION?! LOOK AT THE COMMENTS FROM THESE LEADS. THESE ARE REAL PEOPLE THAT DID NOT APPLY AND DO NOT WANT TO BE CONTACTED.I will accept nothing less than a full refund.
