Berglund's Lynchburg Platform Manager [redacted] has left messages on the phone number provided We would like to send a refund to the customer for the cost of the battery in the amount of $167.00.We will mail this check to the as soon as the customer confirms the address to which it should be sent

I was responding to a claim in your system and was trying to update it before sending and I thought I had to hit proceed to do the update but it was sent before I had a chance to add my comments.Here is the additional comment that was intended.I do accept the reply from Berglund Luxury What we did not appreciate was that we made three personal visits to the dealership describing our problem and they told us they had nothing to do with it, it would have to be dealt by the Gap company I also called the dealership three times and was told the same thing When we purchased another vehicle from them after the loss of our vehicle we discussed our problem about seeking the funds that were owed to us.I called [redacted] several times, because they were the lien holder for the vehicle that was wrecked, they said they sent a fax to Berglund in October 2016, January and in March of 2017, nothing was ever done They made contact with one of the claim companies and they stated that Berglund had possession of one of the checks that was to be sent to me in October of and I never received it When I recently brought this up they denied it receiving the money.I even followed up with a phone call a day after the fax sent in January of and told them that [redacted] had sent fax noting that they needed to take action and they were ignoring them I received a follcall the next day and did not get the name of the person from the dealership, but they assured me that it would be taken care of immediately, that never happened.I am glad that we finally were able to collect the amounts owed to us for eight months after we contacted the Revdex.com, but we feel that we were taken advantaged of over and over This is not what I would call a "best business practice" for a customer who bought their last three cars from Berglund[redacted] Please respond so that I know you have received this

We are very sorry that Mr [redacted] is unhappy, we are certainly not in business to turn people away and try to help in every way possible.Mercedes Benz requires Dealers to have a Title to any vehicle before a key is made, if another Dealer chooses not to follow the rule, that is their choice

When our General Manager first spoke to Mr [redacted] about making keys for the vehicle he informed him that per Mercedes Benz policy, we would need a Title showing Mr [redacted] as the owner of the vehicleMr [redacted] assured him that he had a Title in his possession When the vehicle arrived, the only documentation made available to us was a Bill of Sale We contacted Mr [redacted] and let him know that we would be unable to make the keys he requested because we did not have the Title we had discussed before the car was towed to our store We are sorry that Mr [redacted] is unhappy, had we known up front that there was no Title to the vehicle, we wouldn't have advised him to have the vehicle towed to us

We are processing a refund check in the amount of $282.62, this is the full amount Mr [redacted] has requestedWe apologize for any inconvenience Mr [redacted] has experienced.His check will be mailed by COB 9/20/

We will be happy to cover the cost of repairing the worn section of Mr [redacted] ’s seat at no charge to him Unfortunately, we will be unable to guarantee that the leather will match perfectly due to wear and fading that leather in the vehicle has experienced over the course of the last years
