Review: Made a mistake with quantity order and wrote on their contact message board right away to correct the error. When I check my bank account they still charge for the 2 quantities. Try to contat this company thru e-mail and it was returned. The phone they have listed is a wrong number.Desired Settlement: I am returning merchandise and I open a dispute with my [redacted] card

Review: I have been trying to contact Leadsinger for months now. The only way that I can find is through email, they do not provide any phone contact information. They not responded to any of my emails for over 6 months. I have an issue with a karaoke system that I purchased from them, they are not helping with a solution to solve my issue. I have left my telephone number and asked someone to call and have asked for a number so I can call them. No response.Desired Settlement: I would either like a replacement of the product that I purchased or a solution to solve my request.
