I first used Leadsplease.com last year and have been ever since. When I called initially everything was explained well and I was very happy with the service. I deal with [redacted] when I call and he is always professional and very helpful. I continue to use this service because we get a good return. We've gotten many good jobs off of the use of the lists we've purchased through them. I highly recommend them.

Review: ON 09/14/13 I PURCHASE 1,000 MAILING LISTS FROM LEADSPLEASE.COM, WHICH WERE TO BE DELIVERED TO ME IN 2 MINS. ON A DOWNLOAD BY EMAIL. INSTEAD OF BEING DELIVERED I WAITED OVER 24 HOURS, WROTE SEVERAL EMAILS WITH NO REPLY REGARDING SOMEONE CONTACTING ME ABOUT MY ORDER. NO ONE EVER REPLIED. I FINALLY ENDED UP CALLING THEIR TOLL-FREE NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THAT MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED BUT I ENTERED THE WRONG BILLING INFORMATION. THERE'S NO WAY A CREDIT CARD CAN BE CHARGED IF YOU ENTERED THE WRONG INFORMATION. SO I CALLED MY BANK AND THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY TRANSACTION AND IT WAS ENTERED CORRECTLY. THIS INDIVIDUAL [redacted] BECAME VERY RUDE ON THE TELEPHONE, TRYING TO INSULT MY ENGLISH AND EDUCATION BY TELLING ME THAT I WAS A RUDE CHAP. I THEN ADVISED THAT I JUST WANT MY REFUND AND I DID NOT APPRECIATE HIS INSULTS. HE CONTINUED TRIED TO FURTHER EXPLAIN MORE ABOUT THE TRANSACTION WHEN THEIR WEBSITE FAQ'S CLEARLY EXPLAIN THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WITHIN 2 MINUTES. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AT ALL AND INSTEAD I WAS INSULTED BY THIS ** SPEAKING INDIVIDUAL WHO TRIED TO MOCK MY AMERICAN ENGLISH. HE CALLED ME RUDE BECAUSE I DEMANDED A REFUND BECAUSE I FELT MY ORDER WAS IGNORED AND NOT PROCESSED CORRECTLY. I AM REPORTING THEM FOR THE MISREPRESENTATION OF THEIR MAILING LIST PRODUCTS AND FOR THEIR INAPPROPRIATE WAY OF COMMUNICATING UNPROFESSIONALLY WHEN I CALLED ABOUT MY ORDER AND MY REFUND. I HAVE DEMANDED MY REFUND AND IF IT IS NOT RECEIVED I WILL BE RETURNING TO REPORT THEM TO THE [redacted] AGAIN. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN ALL MY LIFE AND I DID NOT APPRECIATE THE WAY I WAS TREATED AND THE WAY THAT THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND WITHHELD THE MERCHANDISE ORDERED THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE AN IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD. THEY NEED TO INVESTIGATE A BETTER CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR BEFORE THEY END UP LOSING MORE CUSTOMERS IF THEY ARE FORCED TO DEAL WITH [redacted]. THEREFORE, THEY ARE BEING REPORTED!!

2. As a courtesy, I will do this and provide it to you but I will not provide anything else additional that is already outlined over and over again in the actual complaint. 3. Order #: 39774 - $85.00 Credit Refund (See PDF attached.) 4. Spoke with [redacted], an English speaking individual that is outlandishly rude and unprofessional and this is why they are being reported because they fraudulently charged my credit card and then turned around and locked me out of the download mailing list that I purchased. (Read the complaint.) 5. What happened? (My personal complaint in my own records is attached for your review, as well as the credit email (See Page 5 attached) where this guy [redacted] told me 5 days ago he credited my credit card and never did.Desired Settlement: EVEN AFTER THIS DISPUTE IS SUBMITTED I DO NOT EVER WANT TO HEAR FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I JUST WANT MY CREDIT CARD REFUND AND THAT WILL BE IT; BUT I COULD NOT JUST WALK AWAY FROM THIS TRANSACTION WITHOUT REPORTING THEM.

Leads please was able to get us exactly what we wanted & very quickly! Very knowledgeable & helpful associates. A very pleasant experience over all. I would use them again!

The team at Leadsplease are the best! [redacted] went above and beyond to assist me, answered a number of questions quickly, and provided me exactly what I needed. They offer stellar service and an easy process. Will definitely use them again (and again, and again!).

Review: Placed an order with Leads Place for 1185 6x4 Postcards.

at a total price of 769.65

May 1st Friday- They said it would be sent by commercial mail and would not mail on the weekend so it was going to be sent out that next monday or tuesday.

May 6th I called and the gentleman I dont recall his name but he was very rude!! constantly repeating himself that they were sent out on tuesday and will be shipped out in a couple days in a rude mean voice..he said they were mailed out on Tuesday the 5th.

So today is May 11th I then called again because they never respond to any of our emails after we had made the 700+ payment to them asking when we would recieve the postcards and they man tells me once again I will recieve them this week. I feel like we are getting no where and the customer service is horrible.

I just hope this isnt a scam. Because I see the same complaints below..Desired Settlement: We want a full refund & or explanation to all of this.

I highly recommend the Leadsplease service! They are very responsive and provide us exactly with the lists we request. Very happy with their service and product.

I Have ordered leads from many companies over the years but have never such success as I have with Leads Please. The customer service is second to none and you never wait. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a great company who takes pride in what they do.

I was searching many competitors on the internet for a custom list, which is one of the things LEADSPLEASE does. I had questions, called in to the 800# and immediately a nice voice picked up the phone and since my case was a bit complex, directed me to email the support team. I was contacted and walked though the process & was able to get exactly what I needed. They went above & beyond to accommodate me and what my business requirements were for the list needed. Thanks [redacted] at LeadsPLease! I will certainly be shopping with them again.

When ever the topic of mailing list comes up, I immediately think about Leadsplease. I can always count on them to do the research and pull up the exact demographics that I need in the mailing list. And not only that but deliver the list expeditiously. I'm always given the option of having them print the labels and receive the list in Excel format, or if I like to print the labels myself they will just deliver them via email in the Excel format.
