I'm the Director of Marketing for a multi-state roofing company We've been using LeadsRain's dialer service for almost two years now, and we're very satisfied We run a day a week customer contact office, and have had very few problems - just the occasional computer glitches any computer-intensive business is going to sometimes have When we have had an issue (maybe once every two or three months), their customer support has been right on top of it, usually getting the issue resolved in only a few minutes Their Customer Support Reps are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful The best part is, their rates are tremendously low - the lowest we've been able to find, and without sacrificing any call quality Their system is very easy to use from our phone rep's standpoint, and not too complicated to monitor from a management standpoint For anyone looking for a reliable, reasonably priced, high quality dialer service, I'd highly recommend LeadsRain

I have been using another similar working dialer program for a few years I always would compare our dialer to others and most would tell me to stick with what I had for cost and admin availability's I happen to come across LeadsRain and in a short time I knew this company was at another level They answer all my questions and support all requests immediately and in a timely manner The customer service/accounts managers are available ALL the time Even when I would get frustrated at times at the "not knowing how to", they would literally slow me down and get things set exactly the way I needed it Lastly, the cost I am savings thousands a month with this program and my agents are so much more happier with the flow and ease of this program I am a REAL agency owner and I rarely write reviews but these guys are good Real good and super supportive! I'm almost afraid to refer them as other agents/agency's will jump onboard and they are my competition haha!
