According to MrWeylin S*** of Leadway General Contracting & Construction Management, Inc MrS*** came to my home on the 28th, of August, with a man in his truck by the name of Ebon ***, which did all the talking with Mr. S*** driving, telling me that he is MrS***'s partner and that he been out of town doing house's in Toledo, OH and for now own do not contact MrS***, but to contact him (do not call him at all), that he would be the point of contact from now on He then proceed to tell me that he was going to call me on Sunday, to make arrangment's for a (Painter to come out to my home on Tuesday, 30th, 2016, but they showed up on Wednesday, 3l, I called MrS*** & Mr. M***, on Sept, 08, asking when was the house going to be painted Mr. M***, said, it's going to rain, well here we go again about the rain He then Mr. M***, said, that they would be here on Saturday, Sept, 10th, if it don't rain No work what's so ever has been done besides the roof, and it's not completed since Mr Weylin S***, have received the money for the roof and gutter's, there are no gutter's up at all, I told MrS***, that I was getting water in my basementthe check for the roof and gutter's was $in full Then Mr.s***, said that he had to wait on the check to come for the house for it to get painted before he could put the gutter's upHe then waited for that money of $10,cents No work has been done since he got that check at all, but, he then went out to my garage that attach to my home and took the wood all the way around and it took a month for me to get it a tarp on it, but that's stopping wildlife from coming into my home All of my personal's are on my back patio, where the rain has fallen on them also, when it do rain, which it has not rained everyday since May to Sept, & Now. HelloLeadway General Contracting entered into a contract with [redacted]. State Farm and Leadway agreed on the scope to replace the roof, siding, a few gutters and downspouts. They didn't pay for any soffit or fascia because they weren't related. The insurance scope that was agreed...

on only covered specifics pertaining to the inside. To repair partial bedroom ceiling and to paint. Paint bathroom ceiling and walls. To install new bathroom vent. That is all. No floors, no tub, no sink, and no toilet. Mrs. [redacted] daughter hired the siding guys since they were local. [redacted] kept $1,500 of the insurance proceeds. Therefore, she breeched the contract. No insurance company in the world would agree to allow the insured to keep any of the money for any reason. Two claims were filed, which resulted in [redacted] having two $1,000 deductibles that she hasn't paid. In all, she has robbed Leadway of $3,500 dollars. She has continued to beg me for money. She is on a relentless slandering campaign. I was introduced to [redacted] by a friend that is messing with her daughter. He is married with children and her daughter continues to have an affair. They have tried to get me involved with their mess. [redacted] and her daughter have called and texted me all night and morning looking for this married man. Her daughter has a history of messing with married men. I have a boat load of text messages from [redacted] and her daughter. Despite all, I was wiling to do things around their. Her daughter threatened are company with the police if we stepped foot on her property. Leadway never hired the siding guys. Never entered into any contract with them. Never seen them a day in my life. Leadway furnished all materials including the siding. We believe that she owes Leadway $3,500. Therefore she can pay them. We never signed off on their work or agreed on them doing the work. We want the [redacted] to stop the slandering or we will seek legal actions. I have additional information including the insurance scope and text messages. Despite her attempt, we still have a firm grip on Fremont Ohio. I spoke to [redacted] and the adjuster about this. They agree that she wasn't entitled to any of the insurance proceeds.

I am a homeowner [redacted]  [redacted]I hired Weylin W. S[redacted] to do some work to my home. April 14, 2016.  As of today April 7, 2017 the work is not finished.  I paid him 32,000.00.My roof is done and partial siding in which he hired and blamed my daughter for it.  He did not pay the guys.  They took me to court and I have to pay them.  Weylin W. S[redacted] never showed for court.He is a liar he promised me 500.00 for each referral I gave him.  He gave me $125.00.  I gave him 4 referrals.  He has done the excact same thing to each one of them.  Took their money and not finish the job.  Two of the referrals he took their money last year and hasn't even started any work.He has buddy he works with.  He told me that he gave him 3,000.00 off of my job.  Where he did not do anything.As of today April 7, 2017.  My bathroom,bedroom, gutters, downspouts are not done.  This man has to be stopped.  And if I have to go on social media and tell everyone to stay clear of him because he is a scam artist.  He prey on single older women and couples.  He has a way of getting the insurance to pay for damages.  He says its like taking candy from a baby.  His exact words.I am a single parent.  Raised my children, paid my insurance for some scam artist like Weylin W S[redacted] to come along and scam me out of my money.  Not so  If there is anyone else out there that he has donethis to I ask that you comtact the Attorney General Office. I responded back when this complaint was filed by Mr. [redacted]. We were paid in full for the work Leadway completed. Mr. [redacted] gave me a check for $10,000.00. We completed the roof, gutters, and tarped the roof. In addition, we demolished the front porch ceiling. The money he gave Leadway was...

justified. A few thousand in depreciation was left. Insulation in part of attic and a small portion of the rear siding, and a window was left to do. Leadway has been paid in full. I can provide additional information if needed.

I apologize for the delay. I am currently recovering from pelvis surgery. In response to this most recent claim filed by [redacted], we are working with her insurance company [redacted] to resolve some issues. [redacted] hired and signed into contract with Leadway General Contracting...

to make repairs at [redacted]. We were hired to replace the roof (main house, front and rear porch, and garage). Leadway was also contracted to remove and replace some gutters and downspouts. The exterior of the house is to be painted as well. In addition, we were hired to repair several ceiling and to paint some sidewalls in the interior. Work stoppage occurred after uncovering termite damage to the entire structure of her garage. Due to the unforeseen damage, Leadway had to reach out to [redacted] for approval. The garage is part of the house to be painted. They have not made a final decision yet. We spoke with them yesterday and agreed to finish what we were contracted to do. Leadway will work hard to complete the job. Other claims that are being made by [redacted] are unfounded.
