Let these people on your property! They are not upfront and do not explain financing you have no paperwork about the financing you signed their paperwork with agreement of what they’re gonna do to your house have 100% lifetime guarantee which is a lie as well they charge you for coming out even though you’re having issues with their product that they have guaranteed. They do defraud you by not Disclosing everything about the process and dealing with them. They tell you they will call you back just like everybody else on this site has said and they will not call !
They are sent to your house to get you to sign their agreement and then stick it to you! Again they do not disclose everything and if you have questions and want any kind of answer if you can forget it you will not get them don’t be silly enough to even consider this company BEWARE, read their cancellation requirements you cannot possibly expect to mail something to them in three days and be received by them their office for example has no hours of operation no telephone number nothing just a warehouse with a door and their name on it I googled their address and then made a trip out there I had to videotape my husband putting the cancellation papers and then opening at the bottom of the door after repeated calls and texts to the salesman who said that we could call him anytime if we had any questions I have not spoken to him since he left our property he does not return repeated calls !
Beware of they’re so called financing and find out through email from Wells Fargo The interest rate , and it is a credit card agreement not a ordinary loan !….that interest-rate is 28 .99%
We were not told that we did not see any paperwork from Wells Fargo. Only the email that did have a PDF that’s how I found out the terms and conditions it was not what we were told. The best advice I can give is don’t let them on your property don’t call them don’t consider them stay away far far away !
