On April 7, at 3:15PM, placed an order at China Kitchen in maiden choice and spent well over the amount of $dollars to receive the advertised free soda as advertised in their menu and noted at their counter with coupon In mention of the advertisement with their coupon to the cashier, she had no idea about the coupon which is in their menu Therefore, I asked the adult worker in reference to their stated advertisement regarding the free soda in the menu He stated that I could get a free soda the next time I come in and disregarded the fact that I purchased well over the amount as advertised with the coupon At that time, I asked to speak to a manager about this issue The lady from the back of the restaurant came and said he was not there and the issue was never resolved Furthermore, she would not give me the managers name or could spell it in reference in whom to speak with Also, I did call the place of business to speak with the manager to tell them about this is

I will try to make a really long story (nightmare) short After multiple calls and getting the run around, I finally scheduled a date for service with Robert The day of service arrived and not only did he not show, he never called I tried calling the office (the only number I had for him) by they said they were closed in Saturday and their mailbox was full I called to figure out what happened and express my frustration when Robert hung up on me! I have never felt so disrespected by a company The lack of professionalism displayed by Robert and Leaf it to me was shocking for a company who claims to foster strong relationships of hospitality with their customers

There are not many marks on the pavers. Please submit pictures to verify. We have tried a few solutions and nothing has completely removed them to this point. The white marks are from efforflourance which is a natural effect of pavers. This is a natural salt that surfaces from any concrete material....

We have already advised the customer that we would attempt to remove, but it would have to wear off naturally as this is natural of any concrete by product. The fact that few white spots remain are because the sealer is effective and trapping the salts from the surface which is why they are not wearing off quicker. We have provided many things for this customer with the install including adding more plants, adding more flowers, coming out numerous times to fix watering system for things that were not our responsibility (at no charge). The originally agreed upon installation was complete to the contract and all work was completed professionally to our companies standards. Unfortunately, we have no control over the natural products in concrete or aggregate materials.
