Do NOT employee this company or *** ** *** the owner, in any capacity I hired this company to remove some large tree branches from trees on my property and a neighbors A price was set and invoice produced I put half down and the job was to be done within a weeks time Within days, *** *** approached me asking for the remainder of the payment in order to purchase a special piece of equipment, so that he could complete the job Against my better judgment, I paid *** *** in full Aside from *** *** unsatisfactory work ethic, not showing up, showing up and leaving within an hour, showing up without the proper equipment, iechain saw, ladders, ropes and just plain disappearing for weeks and months without any communication, he did not complete the job He also damaged my gutter leaf guard system and gutter when he dropped a large piece of tree limb onto the house, from improperly cutting and removing tree limbs above his head with one hand and a chain saw in the otherHe never returned to finish the first tree which is less than half the total job I finally had to sue *** *** and Leaf It To Us, LLCin small claims court, four months later On the first date in court *** *** approached me and said he wanted to make it right, finish the job and also repair damage to my home Also said he would refund my filing costs of $ The case was sent to arbitration in three weeks time*** *** said he would have it all taken care of by that time He never showed up to complete the job, and also did not bother to show for arbitration todayI was awarded judgment of the case Now, of course I'm still out the money I paid him, the cost to repair my home, the cost of filing suit, and also the additional cost of hiring another company to finish the job My only real recourse is to write a truthful review of *** *** and his company and hope that others do their due diligence and read this review before hiring this man or his company*** *** is a liar, a cheat, and someone you do not wish to employ
