Leaf & Limb Tree Service

Business refuses to repair patio damage caused by their vehicle. Leaf and Limb was contracted to cut the tree of my neighbor at [redacted] Cary, NC. The neighbor requested my permission to use my property to access the tree. I provided that permission under the condition that Leaf and Limb would be responsible for any damages caused by them. Leaf and Limb employees drove their vehicle over my patio to access the trees to be cut. This vehicle caused multiple damages to my patio. In addition, they also left vehicle and tree marks on my driveway. The damages were reported to Leaf and Limb on May 3rd 2016. Since then, they have sent 2 technicians to inspect the damage to my patio, and I have sent them photographs as evidence of the damage. The technicians have viewed the damage and taken additional photographs as evidence. The damage to the patio increases the risk of accidental injury because of metal spikes jutting above ground and patio tiles that are not level with each other. Leaf and Limb has power-washed the driveway.But they refuse to repair the damage after multiple communications.Desired SettlementI am asking Leaf and Limb to repair damage caused to my patio by their activity.Business Response The complaints form Mr. [redacted] are unsubstantiated. We did not cause any damage to his patio. Our machines are light weight mini skid steers that do not weigh enough to cause damage. We even sent a repair expert out to look at the patio. He said he did not see any problems other than normal settling. We then sent two different company representatives out to look at the patio, just to be sure. They could not see any problem and took pictures to show that there is nothing wrong with the patio. I have attached a picture, in case you care, just so you can see how unreasonable Mr. [redacted] is being.Consumer Response Mr. [redacted], the owner of Leaf and Limb, stopped by my house on Friday 6/10/2016, inspected the damage to the patio and agreed to repair it.
