I started my daughter at this facility when she was weeks and she is my first childFirst and foremost the own(SHOBA) has no people skills what so everWhen my daughter was months so we had been there a month! I was dropping her off and some woman walked up to me and was like ill take her I refused to hand my baby to this woman with no badge on and who was dressed in short mens khaki shorts and a taddy fisher shirt! Shoba told me I was rude to her employee and I hurt her feelings and she yelled at me ridiculousi stood up for myself and told her if I dont know the employee I simply wont give my child to them period!I simply didnt understand how I was at fault her staff was not presentable nor did she tell me who she was and I a spanking new mom was supposed to give my child to some badge less strangerMy daughter while in the infant room was constantly sick due to her facility she addmitted it and would allow me to pay less on daycare when I should have just sued for negligenceAlso she had numerous teachers in the infant room I would ask why does your staff change so frequently and she would say they werent the right fitI will normally pop up on my daughter in the infant class and they were playing 94.1! I told shoba I dont send my daughter herr to learn new radio hits, but to learn very defensiveTakes no responsibility and yelled at me saying she has been doing this for years and this is her facilityAt that point I should have left but I talked it over with my husband and against my better judgement she remained thereOnce my daughter moved to the ones she had a better teacher Sarah.She gets pregnant of course the only teacher who has been constant and somewhat trying to stick to a learning curriculumAnyways she would have to train the new girls who may have to take over and to make a long story short Sarah told me one lady was in the corner shaking talking to herself and she begged Shoba to get her out of there another one was play fighting and demonstrated to me how she play fought with my kid!!! I was highly upset about that because I dont pay for her to learn how to fight at school! Shoba told me thats not what the teacher meant and pretty much called me a liar to my face ! There are cameras in there I should have requested a replay because I was fed upI ended up leaving this awful place when after I told Shoba she had no people skills, and she would not tak to me like a toddler in her care, and she needed to learn how to take constructive criticism She threatened to call DCF im a very good parent so when she said that I was livid!!!!!! I could have sued her and probaly will for negligence! Just DO NOT GO HERE YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR ! Low prices = no focus on education or development revolving door of employees rude and demeaning owner! The part that most upset me though as a mom is that she will try to involve DCF when she knows that I'm a good parent she use DCF as a tool of anger and that should never be done to a parent when I went to drop my child off at her next day care I literally cried because when you leave your child at a facility you are trying to put trust into those people to know that they're going to be on your side and help you take care of your childShoba took that away from meNo one should be treated like this this is simply a warning to anyone who should coming to her facility
