I am rejecting this response because: There is no reason to do business with a company that refuses to stand behind it's product or workmanship Buyer beware! There are plenty of other filter companies out there that I'm sure are reputable I made the mistake of choosing this one

We have been trying to reach the customer, however, he has not yet returned our callsAccording to our records, the installation was performed in and the customer has never called in for service or
performance issuesWe would be happy to assist him with any installation concerns he may haveHe can reach us at ###-###-####

Upon receiving the complaint from the Revdex.com we reached out to the consumer in an attempt to resolve the reported
concernsWe did come to an agreement to provide no charge service to rectify the issuesWe are scheduled to execute this service the morning of 12/17/

During the winter of 2013 Ms. [redacted] did contact Leaf Filter to request that we come...

out and inspect some damage that the severe winter had caused to her gutter and Leaf Filter. I went out to inspect the damage and determined that the gutter and Leaf Filter were installed properly and the harsh winter conditions had pulled the gutter from the house. The gutter, Leaf filter, and down spout was severely damaged and had to be replaced. I informed Ms. [redacted] via email that the cost of the repairs would be $900.00. I also informed her that this was an act of god and not covered under her leaf filter warranty. She could place a claim with her homeowners insurance. She voiced her displeasure with having to pay for the damages. I confirmed with the corporate office that the damage was not due to poor installation and the repairs would have to be chargeable to Ms. [redacted]. I never heard back from her. The other installation issues she mentioned in her complaint were addressed quickly and the system has been working properly for almost two years now.

A representative of our company did indeed meet with the customer on 4/13/16 to provide an estimate to install gutter protection on the...

home. The customer did not place an order during that meeting. Although through subsequent text message communications, it was understood by the representative that the customer wanted to schedule the work to be performed on 4/18/16. The work was scheduled and performed on that date, 4/18. Post installation communication with the customer has revealed that the customer did not wish for the work to be performed to the point that the customer has not accepted offers of cost recovery pricing. LeafFilter North strives to provide excellent customer satisfaction. For that reason we are willing to accept the customer’s request of no charge for the products/services received and terminate the relationship. No warranties will be registered. As we are willing to concede to the customer’s request without exception, we would respectfully request the matter be closed at this time. Thank you, [redacted] J.
