Good luck trying to get LeafFilter to honor the lifetime warranty or 100% customer satisfaction.
After an improper installation admitted to by your managers and and agreement to repair two years ago, I’m still waiting.
I call after every snow storm as the melting snow drips water over the LeafFilter instead of into my gutters. There are ice patches outside every door of my home causing slip and fall hazards everywhere. I get a new ticket opened and about a week later a new manager calls to tell me they’re busy but let they’ll get me on the schedule. Then, nothing.
Your manager and technician admitted that the LeafFilter should not have been installed as the drip edge configuration wouldn’t work with your product. He offered and scheduled to come replace the drip edge and remove and reinstall the gutters if necessary, again over two years ago.
To anyone that reads don’t waste your money!

Review: On or about October 22, 2012, I had new gutters, downspouts, and the LeafFilter System installed on my entire home for a total purchase price of $2,827.00. During the winter of 2013, the gutter, downspout, and LeafFilter System installed at the back of my garage fell off. I contacted LeafFilter and Mr. [redacted] Regional Installation Manager, came out to my house to inspect the damage. He advised me that it had fallen off because there was not a fascia board on the house.Mr. [redacted] has told me that he submitted my case to his corporate office in Ohio and the determination was made to submit to me a quote totaling $900.00 for:18' of 1x6 fascia board18' 5" white gutter18'5" white leaf filter18' of 2x3 white leader pipe with 3 A elbowsThe company does not feel responsible for the damage because, as Mr. [redacted] has told me, the damage was caused by "an act of God". I disagree. I believe the winter weather was an act of God, but the fact that my brand new gutter, etc. fell off my house was an act of improper installation. My previous gutters, etc. were very old but never fell off my house. None of my neighbors gutters, etc. fell off of their houses during the past winter; all of which are much older than my brand new system.Mr. [redacted] stated that a fascia board should have been on the house. My question is, why was one not installed? The day of the installation, after the two gentlemen installers left, I went out to my back shed and could not open the door because they had installed the gutter too low. I called Mr. Dave Callahan to report this and he sent out Mr. [redacted] who replaced the shed gutter and went around the entire house adjusting and/or fixing the improperly installed gutters, etc. At that point, I was skeptical of the workmanship.A review of the Agreement with LeafFilter shows a line stating:*Any rotted fascia boards to be replaced at $6.50/ft per homeowners approvalThe installers did not inform me of any rotted or missing fasica boards. If I had been informed of that, I would have had the problem corrected at the time of installation. Now, after the damage, the company wants me to pay one-third of the complete cost to install a replacement system on the back of my garage. I want the company to reimburse me for the cost of the improper installation along the back of my garage.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for the cost of the improper installation along the back of my garage.

Response:

During the winter of 2013 Ms. [redacted] did contact Leaf Filter to request that we come out and inspect some damage that the severe winter had caused to her gutter and Leaf Filter. I went out to inspect the damage and determined that the gutter and Leaf Filter were installed properly and the harsh winter conditions had pulled the gutter from the house. The gutter, Leaf filter, and down spout was severely damaged and had to be replaced. I informed Ms. [redacted] via email that the cost of the repairs would be $900.00. I also informed her that this was an act of god and not covered under her leaf filter warranty. She could place a claim with her homeowners insurance. She voiced her displeasure with having to pay for the damages. I confirmed with the corporate office that the damage was not due to poor installation and the repairs would have to be chargeable to Ms. [redacted]. I never heard back from her. The other installation issues she mentioned in her complaint were addressed quickly and the system has been working properly for almost two years now.

Response:

I am rejecting this response because: There is no reason to do business with a company that refuses to stand behind it's product or workmanship. Buyer beware! There are plenty of other filter companies out there that I'm sure are reputable. I made the mistake of choosing this one.
