I am rejecting this response because: Workmen came Friday Jan 12th and came back on Sun Jan 14th took down put up shorter blocks
and then wrapped the in white aluminum before reattaching gutters so that blocks and spaces can't be seen seamless and beautifulBut when they got to the last run on the rear of the house they dropped the ball again pitch was corrected but they did not block it out and wrap it like they did the other runs and sowed it into the moldingWhy could they just finish it this last section of run off like all of the others and be donestill not happy WOULD LIKE THEM TO FINISH THE JOB ONCE AND FOR ALLDO THAT LAST RUN.

I am rejecting this response because:REJECTING Due to the fact that NO contact or arrangement was made between me and company before this morning Jan 29th, 2018 . Received first call from Leo Project Manager this morning @ 10:43am this morning (first call since his workmen left Sun Jan. 14th, 2018) this call was to set-up a appointment for tommorrow morning Jan 30th, 2018 to get the last run of gutter repaired. If they come and complete the job it will be done

Our Regional Project Manager spoke to the customer and arranged service to address the concerns. We executed service on 2/9/18 and the customer is now satisfied.

Upon receiving the complaint from the Revdex.com we reached out to the consumer in an attempt to resolve the reported concerns. We did come to an agreement to provide no charge service to rectify the issues. We are scheduled to execute this service the morning of 12/17/16.

A representative of our company did indeed meet with the customer on 4/13/16 to provide an estimate to install gutter protection on the home. The customer did not place an order during that meeting. Although through subsequent text message communications, it was understood by the representative that...

the customer wanted to schedule the work to be performed on 4/18/16. The work was scheduled and performed on that date, 4/18. Post installation communication with the customer has revealed that the customer did not wish for the work to be performed to the point that the customer has not accepted offers of cost recovery pricing. LeafFilter North strives to provide excellent customer satisfaction. For that reason we are willing to accept the customer’s request of no charge for the products/services received and terminate the relationship. No warranties will be registered. As we are willing to concede to the customer’s request without exception, we would respectfully request the matter be closed at this time. Thank you, [redacted] J. We met with the customer last week and have scheduled for execution of service resolution this week.
